Iced Earth and Iron Maiden both have operatic male singers and use keyboards, although I wouldn't really go as far as to call them symphonic.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra has a lot of different singers (some male and some female), some of which are operatic and a lot of keyboards.

lol, I already know all these bands except the Trans-Siberian Orchestera and Iced Earth, I've heard of them but never listened, thanks I'll check themout :)

DANTESCO from Puerto Rico. They have a highly operatic baritone lead singer, very different from power metal falsetto singers. He sings in Spanish (don't know if that's a problem).

Matt Barlow, te ex-singer of ICED EARTH, sings at times with a clean, deep, semi-operatic voice, but also does zaidi aggressive, raspy singing, as well as high pitched falsettos
