Two bit pov: I was at the DX with Ponyboy. We had started to walk inside when Randy came up wanting to talk to Pony. gppony, pony had gone on to Randy's car while I stayed put, teasing the socs. Then, this real pretty girl came out the DX. I turned from teasing the socs a sekunde just to look at her. She raised her eyebrow at a soc and said, "y'all's gettin ready fer a flood?" I almost died laughing, "That's what I just said, sweets!". She giggled and blushed. I flashed a grin and walked a little closer. "Ya gotta name, doll?", I asked. "(Y/N), an what about you? wewe gotcho self a name?", she said....

“You know, when I was little, I used to pretend I was a train.” Dally alisema grinning. wewe and you’re boyfriend we’re walking on the train tracks, just heading nowhere really. It was a beautiful, cool fall day.

wewe smiled at him, waiting for him to continue. He grabbed your hand. “I thought it’d be the coolest thing to be a train. I don’t even know why. Maybe because they’re always moving, they’re big, I don’t know.” He shrugs his shoulders.

“But as I got older, I realized I was like a train. Always pushing forward, no turning around of anything. From the looks of it, my train was going to end me up in jail.” He stops walking at the track switch.

“(Y/N), wewe were like my track switch. My train was headed for nowhere till wewe came along. Now I see my train going somewhere, to a house, a family, a life.” He pauses. “And I wanted to say thank you.” He says quietly.

wewe run from a group of socs on the main mitaani, mtaa as they chase you. They alisema they wanted to give wewe a good time, but this wasn’t your thought of a good time. wewe could only think of one place where wewe could run to, DX.
