The Vampire Diaries" star Jodi Lyn O\'Keefe recently sat down to discuss her character\'s resurrection and a new episode synopsis reveals Enzo is going to challenge Julian to a duel.

O\'Keefe hinted that the soul who is inhabiting Jo\'s body is going to remember her past in the next few episodes, reports TVLine.

"She\'ll be figuring out who she is and where she came from and what\'s happening to her," the actress explained. "It\'s like a baby being born."

Some fans believe the phoenix stone brought back Elena\'s Aunt Jenna into Jo\'s body while others theorize that it could be Elena\'s doppelganger Katherine or even Alaric\'s first wife Isobel.

However, "The Vampire Diaries" co-executive producer Caroline Dries warned that there is a possibility that the soul inhabiting Jo\'s body is a new character that has never appeared on the show before, adds TVLine.

Regardless of who is now inside Jo\'s body, there is a good chance that Alaric will spend the rest of the season looking for a way to bring his wife\'s soul back.

Perhaps the flash-forward of Alaric watching his two twin daughters is a hint that he\'ll be successful in restoring Jo\'s soul to her original body by the end of "The Vampire Diaries" season seven.

Aside from the mystery surrounding whose soul now inhabits Jo\'s body, the CW released an official synopsis for the seventh episode.

In "Mommie Dearest," Stefan and Damon attempt to convince Lily that Julian is manipulating her but their efforts only lead to the brothers confronting painful memories from their childhood.

Their world is also shattered when Lily reveals a dark secret that she\'s been harboring for over 160 years, adds Buddy TV.

Plus, Enzo is determined to prove himself to Lily and winds up challenging Julian to a duel.
