So to answer your question, yes Bella is changed at the end of the sekunde part of the book "Breaking Dawn" I know because I read it :)

There's going to be TWO movies, so they might just play the whole Bella's wedding/honeymoon/pregancy & Jacobs internal torment etc (in the first movie). I don't want to spoil it for those who have not read the book. So I'll just say the sekunde movie could be Bella's 'turning' & the Volturi thing.

BTW - Edward does not "bite" her, he injects his venom directly into her heart. lol ... And there's other stuff, but the movie may not play out like the book. so who knows? hahahaha --- BUY THE BOOK ALREADY! lol
