I'm not sure. kwa the "Renesmee was already born" part you're not thinking about when they were on their honeymoon on Isle Esme and her nightgown was ripped (Breaking Dawn page 109), right? If wewe aren't, then the only other place I can think of where Bella's clothes were ripped (or in this case ripped more) is on page 481 of Breaking Dawn.
