How come Edward sparkles under a light?

It was in Breaking Dawn when Bella was having Renesmee. She alisema Edward was sparkling. Then how does he not sparkle in the school when there is light too?

Yeah, but it alisema Edward sparkled in Carlisle's room, so was there light? I mean sun light? What was the time Bella delivered Renesmee?
