Are Rachel and Rebecca Black identical twins?

In a shabiki fiction I particularly like, they're described as identical, but I'm not sure if that's the writer's choice au if this is mentioned somewhere in the actual books. Can anyone remember whether they're identical twins au just fraternal twins?

But, as their physical descriptions are the same, and no difference in their appearance is established, perhaps it's salama to assume they are identical.
