Victoria POV
When I finished cleaning, I walked downstairs to get Becky. She was still out cold, so I picked her up and put her on my back, her arms around my neck and me holding her knees.
James found a big venomous coven that he wanted to take out. wewe see, her doesn’t believe that there should be zaidi than one kind of vampire, so he plans to take out as many other Wanyonya damu as he can.
I closed the door behind me and started running in the direction of Washington.
Becky slowed me down a bit and it took me about an saa to run all the way there.
When I finally arrived in Seattle, I had to call James to let him know I was here, and to find out where he is.
Again, he picked up on the first ring.
“Hey baby.” he said.
“Hey, where are you, I’m in Seattle now.” I told him.
“I’m in the forest kwa the mountains. Laurent found a nice cave we can stay in. its high off the ground so the girl cant get away when we leave to hunt, wewe did bring the girl, didn’t you?” he asked.
“Yes I did, I’ll find wewe in a few minutes. Bye baby.” I told him.
“Ok I’ll wait on the ground. Bye.” he alisema and hung up.
I put my phone away and brought Becky up in front of me, like a man would hold a women on there honeymoon.
It only took a few dakika to find the scent of my love. He put his arm around me and kissed my head, before jumping off the ground and up to the cave. I followed and was met kwa Laurent sitting in the corner. I dropped Becky in the other corner and began bonding with my mate.
Chapter 4
BPOV
I woke up in a large cave, looking over the sky. I felt, different. Surprisingly from all the injuries Victoria gave me, I don’t feel any pain, what so ever. I crawled over to the entrance of the cave and looked out to find myself about 75 feet in the air.
I gasped, as I shuffled back towards the back. As I was doing this, a person jumped up into the door of the cave. He walked over to me slowly.
“I don’t want wewe here. wewe are going to ruin my whole plan, but my wife has picked wewe to be her little pet, and I do anything she says. I would kill wewe right here, but she will be very mad at me. So if wewe get in my way, I will kill wewe without her permission and she can just find a new pet. Do wewe understand?” he asked, while he was walking.
I sat quietly, trying to songesha into the ukuta zaidi than I already am. I did not answer, so he ran in front of me and picked me up kwa my throat. I struggled with him.
“DO wewe UNDERSTAND?” he yelled in my face, spitting on my face.
I whimpered, and nodded my head. He gripped my neck even tighter. I choked back an odd noise. He dropped me and I shuffled again to the other corner of the cave. I didn’t see him but he got to the corner before I did, and kicked me in my face.
I slammed into the other side of the little cave. Rocks crumbled in juu of me after I fell on the ground. Blood dripped out of my mouth and nose and I reached up to try to stop it. A pool of it fell on the ground. I started crying after I caught my breath. I don’t know if I broke anything, but my chest and back hurt tremendously.
Suddenly Victoria jumped up into the mouth of the cave.
“James, stop. She gets it, just stop. I’ll take care of her.” Victoria threw me a towel and I wiped my face.
I stayed in the corner, and held in my tongue from screaming au saying a sarcastic remark because I’m guessing this James person would really hurt me if I did. Maybe not so much Victoria, but I know her husband would. I continued crying, until James yelled at me to be quiet.
I was disgusted when the happy couple started making out. After a few sekunde I coughed and they backed away. James walked back towards me and I cowered and whimpered.
He reached out for me and I almost started screaming, until he said, “Come on, we have to go.
I slowly reached out to take his hand and, when he took it, I felt myself flying on his back. He started running, and jumped down from the cave entrance. I screamed, because I thought he was trying to kill us, but he landed safely on his feet and took off into the trees. I saw Victoria pass us, and she rounded a corner.
James followed her. All of a sudden, Victoria stopped, and James did too. I almost flew off his back, but he caught me and put me on the ground.
I gasped and fell onto the ground again.
“What are wewe crippled? Stand up!” James demanded.
I tried, but ended up falling back down because of my ribs, when he threw me across the cave.
He picked me up this time, and put me on my feet, grabbing my shoulders. I felt him slap me in the face.
I reached up and he took my hand.
“Learn to accept pain,” He said, and dropped me back on the ground.
“Laurent is meeting us here in about ten minutes,” I heard Victoria say.
I just sat for the inayofuata ten dakika with my hands on my chest, hoping it would heal.
A black man appeared from the woods, who I guessed was Laurent.
“I checked the weather before I left, and it is going to rain and thunder tonight. We better feed and get out of here, before it starts,” He alisema once he alisema hello to Victoria and James, “I already fed, so I’ll take the child.”
Victoria nodded, “Okay, just run up the mountain and we’ll meet wewe at the juu in about 30 minutes.”
He nodded also, and walked over to me. Victoria and James both left already.
He held out his hand for me, “What is your name, child?” he asked me very gently.
I hesitated.
“Come on, I won’t hurt you, zaidi then James already has. I don’t like when he does that to little children,” he said.
“B-Becky” I replied and tried to stand up again. He offered his hand. I hesitated again, but saw that he was friendly. I took it slowly though, to be precautious.
He pulled me up, and asked, “Can wewe walk?”
I took a small step and fell back down to the earth, but I felt him catch me before my body impacted with the ground.
“Is your leg broken?” he asked.
“I don’t think so, but maybe a few of my ribs. It hurts right here,” I alisema pointing to where it hurt the most.
“Well I can carry wewe up the mountain, until Victoria au James carries you,” He alisema and crouched down with his back facing me. I stood and put my arms around his neck. He stood up too, and grabbed my legs.
He took off running, and I just closed my eyes because I was becoming sleepy. In what felt like seconds, we were up on juu of the mountain.
Laurent called my name, and suddenly woke up, realizing I fell asleep.
“Huh?” I asked.
“Can I put wewe down?” he asked.
“Mhmm,” I mumbled.
I slid down his back carefully and he set me down on the ground. I saw him wonder around a little, then come back to me.
“Did Victoria turn wewe yet?” he asked.
“What? Turn me? Into a vampire? She wasn’t kidding?” I asked frantically. For some reason, I had trust in him.
“No, Wanyonya damu are real. How did wewe think I could run that fast up that mountain?” he replied, “How many times has she exchanged blood with you?”
I tried to remember how many. “I think three times. I don’t really remember anything from waking up in a cave,” I replied.
“Oh, do wewe remember the last night wewe did?” he asked.
“Sorry, no I don’t.” I replied again.
“Well I think it’s only been a few days, because if wewe were done changing, wewe would have healed yourself already," he said, kneeling down inayofuata to me, “Are wewe alright?”
I took a deep breath and it hurt, “Not really. This whole thing has taken me away from my family, and I really miss my mother, I just know she’s going crazy trying to find me,” I started crying and I put my head in my hands.
Laurent put his arm around me, and I leaned into him.
I heard yelling over my sobs and Laurent stood up quickly and knocked me over. When I fell, I scraped my hands on the rocky cliff. I looked back, and saw James crouched in front of me. Victoria suddenly tried to pull him up and away from me, but James pounced on me. My head smacked on the earth, and I fell unconscious.
I woke up on somebodies back. They were running through the woods. I looked up and saw it was Laurent.
"Where are we going?" I asked.
"James found a coven playing baseball. He wants to join," Laurent replied.
"Oh, well when we get there, can I try to walk? My legs are all stiff," I asked.
"Umm I guess," he replied and stopped suddenly again, and then flung me over his shoulder. A lot like how James did.
I landed on my feet this time, and actually stayed on my feet. I took one step and my body didn't hurt this time, but after a while of standing on it, I could feel it in my chest.
"After a while, it starts to hurt," I told him.
"Well, sit down, we have to wait for Victoria and James now, because you're going to have to walk through that field," he said, and I sat were I was standing.
They arrived a few dakika after I sat. James walked right over to me and pulled me up kwa my hair, and into his face.
"If wewe don't behave right now, I am going to kill you, no matter what Vic has to say," he said.
"What? No wewe wont!" Victoria said.
James looked over to her, "Whatever wewe say, baby!"
I started whimpering, and he dropped me on the ground, from about one and a half feet in the air.
I am so glad I didn’t hurt myself again, au I wouldn’t be able to walk through that field.
James walked over to the clearing and said, “Laurent, can wewe lead, pretend wewe are the leader of our coven?”
Laurent hesitated, “Sure, why?”
James exhaled deeply, “Don’t ask questions, just do what you’re told.”
After James looked away, Laurent glared at him. Laurent walked back over to me, and offered his hand. I took it and walked behind him to the entrance of the clearing. I walked out behind everyone and just stayed out of the way. They walked faster than me, so I had to run at times to catch up.
When we finally stopped, I almost ran into James, because he stopped suddenly, and I wasn’t paying attention. I am so glad I didn’t. He probably would have killed me; like he alisema he was going to if I didn’t behave.
I looked up between Laurent and James to see 8 people standing in front of us. I really heard was the blond male say, “Hello, this is my family, Esme, Rosalie, Emmett, Jasper, Alice, Edward, and Bella. My name is Carlisle.”
When we were walking away, James suddenly whipped back and said, “You brought a snack.”
