how do wewe send direct meassages, and how do wewe talk to people ? , im confused, help asap please :D

I'm sure wewe already found that out if wewe ilitumwa it 5 months ago, but i'll answer anyway.
a) to send DMs, wewe have to click the Direct Messages thing that would be under "home" and "@[yourusername]". you'll find out when wewe get there.
b) talking to ppl... well i wonder if it's not what people do simply following each other and answering to each other's tweets, au sending each other's DMs.
that's probably how it goes.
but i'm sure that wewe already know that.
