There are some villains that got enough time to shine that they've become some of my inayopendelewa animated characters. However there are some villains that despite being fun characters that didn't get enough to shine. The following orodha is about villains that I like, but need zaidi screen time.

My inayopendelewa thing in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise is the villains. The turtles have both threatening and silly villains to constantly deal with. This orodha is about the antagonists that I like the most.

Baxter Stockman is a scientist who often helps out Shredder. He was a sympathetic character in the original show, because he was a decent person who got tricked into doing bad things for Shredder. In other versions he's a mad scientist who's willing to be a antagonist to get what he wants. Either way Mr. Stockman is a interesting and entertaining character.

He manipulates around 12 different people in order to achieve one goal, wich, might I add, is to cause enough greif to Elise that she would cry, realease Iblis, wich wouls allow Mephiles to become Solaris, and destroy the world. For revenge? No. For power? No. He just wanted to because he craves destruction. Pretty evil if wewe ask me!

No 9. Even the other villains want him! Dr. Ivo 'Eggman' Robotnik was trying to get Shadow the Hedgehog to capture Mephiles for him! Probably so that he could kuunganisha his awesome power for his own uses...
