jay jerked awake. He had had a quite interesting dream of the Forest Cats, eating panya, kipanya with him. They smiled and accepted him, as if he were a real Forest Cat. This made him feel uncomfortable, the thought of straying from his own housefolk to see other cats. It was just... unimaginable.
