Victory Key: Elements Gather!
Samurai Thunder Wolfe: *Becomes Victory Wolfe*
Victory Wolfe: *Summons the Clear Arrow and the Breeze Crossbow*
Dark Genbu: *Charges at Victory Wolfe with his axe*
Victory Wolfe: *Attaches the Breeze Crossbow to the Clear Arrow and creates the Victory Cyclone, and then fires a huge blast of wind energy at Dark Genbu*
Dark Genbu: *Gets thrown back his shell is destroyed* No! My shell!
Victory Wolfe: *Summons the Victory Excalibur, attaches the Jinba Brace, presses the yellow button, and does a Victory Slash*
Dark Genbu: *Destroyed*
Victory Wolfe: *De-henshins*
Nick Wolfe: *Looks around* Princess, where are you?

I don't know why they assume just because rogue Mbwa mwitu loups are involved, it must be the same group led kwa King and Princess. While the possibilities are still there, there has not been any onscreen presence of those two since A Howl-iday Adventure. I can only guess that the King and Princess look-alikes in Great mbwa mwitu Games were simply just re-skinned Mbwa mwitu loups because it seems strange that they'd make themselves public to an event like that.
And speaking of re-skinning wolves, it's common knowledge kwa now that just about every mbwa mwitu character except for the originals are what they are- cheap re-skins. Princess is Claws, the mbwa mwitu Ghost is Scar, Lois is Sweets, etc. So for all we know, all these rogues are skinned off of other rogues. They could be from King's pack and it's possible they couldn't be.
