"You want me to be the Godfather for your child," I alisema it slowly chewing over the words.
Lilly sighed and looked away.
"Look Alec, I know hard this has to be for you."
"Do you? How can wewe possibly know!? And dont say that wewe feel it too, cause wewe dont, at least wewe have someone to comfort wewe when your feeling sad. Ive long since relized what I was to you."
"Oh whats that?" alisema Kate finnaly starting to let her anger show.
"I was just a fling for you,someone wewe could use, wewe may have felt that wewe loved me but Ive had time to wonder, 'I bet that she feels real upendo for that over-inflated omega dog, than she ever did for me.'"

Lilly and Garth gasped.
And there it was, the problem id been struggling with for a while. Under normal circumstances I would never have brought it up, but now she wanted me to be a part of that wretched omegas offsprings life.
I took a deep breath, "I apologize my Alpha I was out of line."
And as hard a beating it made my ego take I postrated myself before Kate and Humphrey.
As I turned to leave, "I will be the Godfather for your child Kate." But I couldnt look her in the face.
I started to walk out of their den.
"Your Alphas didnt say wewe could leave yet."growled Humphrey.
And boom, the anger was back.
I whipped around snarling, "You are not my Alpha!"
He snarled back, "Fine but im still dominant to you."
A wicked smile gripped me, I couldnt hold it back.
"Alright then I challenge wewe to fight of dominance."
Before anyone could stop he said, "Agreed and the winner has to bow at the other ones feet and kiss the ground they walk on."
I grined again, "thats sounds great."
This time I turned very pleased.
At the threshold, "at dawn tommarow, be ready for the ass-woopin of a life time."

I hurried back towards the woods, I wasnt going to go back to my pango right away, with a new sense of purpose. It felt great, I could now hit two birds with one stone. I could beat the living hell out of that arrogant punda and I could further my place in the pack a great deal. If I won this fight I would be on the level with Kate and Garth.
I heard paws striking the ground and turned. Lilly and Garth were hurrying towards me.
I ignored their call and continued on my way. Finally they skidded to a halt in front of me, forcing me to stop.
"Alec, please," alisema Garth, "we need to talk."
"I know what wewe are going to say and no im not going to call the fight."
Lilly sighed.
"Ive been training Humphrey for a mwaka and half in combat just in case he was challenged, but I did not train him to fight the best Alpha the school has ever put out!"
"Im not, Kate holds that honored title."
"If she does its because shes a better leader, it wouldnt have anything to do with physical prowess."
"Oh no, I wont walk out on beating that punda up just because im the best, besides we will be on equal par, im injured remember."
"But wewe are nearly healed, at this point your probably healed enough to go hunting again."
"Then I will lead one of the hunt teams once I have him kissing my feet."
"Why are wewe doing this, Alec?" alisema Lilly softly.
I turned to her, "How would wewe feel if Garth was with another female?"
Garth put his ears back and didnt look happy.
She looked at me but didnt say anything.
"In spite of that thoughtful answer," I alisema sarcasticlly, "im probably doing this out of spite and jealousy. That and Kate just asked me to be apart of her kids life, that being alisema it would mean that I will be around a lot and have to interact with Kate and Humphrey. I must have something over him, because he will always be holding Kate over me, wether he realizes it au not. Now please, nothing wewe can say will change my mind."

The two of them began not to walk back to their own den, like I thought, but towards my own den.
I watched for a sekunde and then started loping through the woods at a comfortable pace.
My destination was a sercet spot known only to a rare handful of wolves.
For some reason that spot gave comfort to all that needed it.

We did not speak right away, we both just marveled at the beauty of the place.
I had seen her around but I couldnt place her name.
She had been at Alpha school too, so that answered the swali about her rank.
"You must be Alec," she said, "I have something to tell you."

She blushed, "well, im afraid I have fallen in upendo with you."
