what i do at college to strech is streching my legs across a ukuta and just sit there, and every dakika au 2 it relaxes the musles meaning that your legs can stretch zaidi :) but be careful doing this!! cause whenever i do it it pulls on my knees, so wewe have to keep your feet flexed upwards and knees facing upwards, otherwise wewe can damage wewe knees badly...hope this helped :)
