I am the girl that doesn't go to school dances, au games, and when I do go, I sit in a corner and read a book. I am the girl that people look through when I say something. I am the girl that spends most of her free time reading, writing, au doing other activities that most teenagers wouldn't call normal. I am the girl that people call weird and a freak either behind my back au to my face. I am the girl that doesn't spend all her time on MySpace, au talking to a girlfriend on a cell phone au regular phone. I am the girl that hasn't been asked out in a year. I am the girl that has stopped to smell the flowers and jump and splash in the rain. BUT I am also the girl who knows and is proud to be who she is, doesn’t care if people call her weird (it's a compliment), who loves kusoma and uandishi and doing the things that no one seems to have the time to do any more, who loves and is obsessed with The Mortal Instruments and Maximum Ride, who can express herself better with words than actions, who doesn't need a guy to complete her, and knows the importance of the little things. Copy and paste this onto your account, and add your name to the list, if wewe are anything like me, so the girls who are different and unique can know in their weakest time that they are unique but not alone.

In reality, I didn't write this. I found it online. And I kind of feel guilty that everyone is saying how good it is and i'm not the one who wrote it. But I upendo the message it gives. Girls, wewe don't need to be anything zaidi than yourselves, believe it!

WOMAN'S PERFECT BREAKFAST

She's sitting at the meza, jedwali with her gourmet coffee.
Her son is on the cover of the Wheaties box.
Her daughter is on the cover of Business Week.
Her boyfriend is on the cover of Playgirl.
And her husband is on the back of the maziwa carton.

WOMEN'S REVENGE

"Cash, check au charge?" I asked, after folding items the woman wished to purchase. As she fumbled for her wallet, I noticed a remote control for a televisheni set in her purse. "So, do wewe always carry your TV remote?" I asked. "No," she replied, "but my husband refused to come shopping with me, and I figured...

If I was aliyopewa the choice I would still prefer to be a woman, I believe in equal rights however being a woman is a great thing, there's nothing like having a girls night in (or a girls night out) Watching chick flicks (no matter what age wewe are) being independent, as I have found since I am 'happily' divorced from my ten plus mwaka marriage, now I'm enjoying being a woman zaidi than ever. I can do what I like and being in charge of 'the remote' is great, I understand that 'some' people have experienced messy divorces au choose to be in a relationship, but I'm just happy to embrace my 'new life' and I'm loving it, it would be great to have a 'being single' spot (if there isn't one already)
Being a woman to me is:
Changing my hair color whenever I want.
Dressing up au being bummy and enjoying it.
Being feminine.
Watching a 'chick flick' with a glass of red wine and good quality chocolate.
And many, many other things that would take me forever to write.

Dear Tech Support,

Last mwaka I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a distinct slow-down in ujumla, jumla system performance - particularly in the maua, ua and jewellery applications, which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0.

In addition, installation of Husband 1.0 seems to have uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, and then installed such other undesirable programs as NFL 5.0, NBA 3.0.and Golf klabu 4.1.

Conversation 8.0 no longer runs, and Housecleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system.

I've tried running Nagging...

9 WORDS WOMEN USE

1. Fine: This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and wewe need to shut up.

2. Five Minutes: If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five dakika is only five dakika if wewe have just been aliyopewa five zaidi dakika to watch the game before helping around the house.

3. Nothing: This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and wewe should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.

4. Go Ahead: This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!...

"The Rules" from the male side

We always hear ‘the rules’ from the female side. Now here are the rules from the male side. I’m not saying I like them, but it’s only fair to present both sides.

1.    Men are NOT mind readers.

2.    Learn to work the toilet seat. You’re a big girl. If it’s up, put it down. We need it up. wewe need it down. wewe don’t hear us complaining about wewe leaving it down.

3.    Sunday sports: It’s like the full moon au the changing of the tides. Let it be.
