#1: MARCUS MICHAEL FENIX:

"Feel that? That's from Dom, and everyone else wewe killed, wewe bitch!" Marcus to Myrrah, while stabbing her.



I only played Gears 3 and 4.. But I get the basics.. Stupid monsters wanting to kill humanity because the Myrah bitch, kahaba hates us..

Marcus is voiced kwa John DiMaggio. The same John DiMaggio who voiced Jake from Adventure time, and Bender from Futurama, voices the angry, deep voice, cynical, Sgt Finx.
The man we been playing as, all the way till Gears of war 4.. Which, kwa the way, is AWESOME kwa the way.

Marcus Fenix is generally gruff and aggressive. He is a natural leader; being promoted to Corporal not long after he joined the army

However, there have been several times when Marcus has put Marafiki and family before the call of duty; he deserted his post to try and save his father, as well as going with Dom to look for Maria despite that not being their mission.

Marcus was, and always will be, a total fucking badass.. In gears 4, despite being like 60, the first thing he does to the DeeBee intruder, is rip it in half with the chainsaw part of the famish Lancers. Classic Marcus.




#2: DAMON BAIRD:



Baird is quickly becoming my inayopendelewa character.

He is sarcastic, cynical, negative, and judgemental. But he dosen't really know much better.

His parents were pretty much dicks to him. Shitting all over his dreams of becoming an engineer, And forcing him to jiunge the CoG instead.

Cole says that in all the times Baird had ever mentioned au reminisced of his childhood, he hardly mentioned his parents, rather the many inventions he created.

But Baird will have your back, and if wewe give him time. He will give his life for you.

So, he has a special place in our hearts.



#3: CLAYTON CARMINE:



Clay is the only Carmine not to subcome to the CARMINE CURSE. Despite the whole world trying to kill him. Even being shot after being mistaken for a Lambent.. Cause wewe know, Lambents "totally" wear blue armor, and a blue helmet.

He has his brothers names tattooed to his arm (I bet nobody had the moyo to tell him his Anthony died from stupidy).

Clayton was extremely intimidating compared to his youngers brothers Anthony and Benjamin Carmine with his numerous tattoos, muscular build and deeper bloodlust. Clayton was grim at times and as such, was described as a "glass half-empty" man kwa fellow Gear Samantha Byrne; Clayton in retaliation bitterly retorted with "Buy me a bia and I'll onyesha you". However, Clayton cared deeply for his brothers, as clearly shown with his memorial tattoo to them on his arm.

And somebody get that man so god damn bacon.



#4: ANGUSTUS COLE:

"WHOOO!!"



In the days before E-Day, Cole was a terrific Thrashball player. He brought his upendo for the game to the battlefield and treats the war like a big game. When it comes to killing Locust, he considers himself the best of the best, as evidenced kwa his quotes. He does not appear to fear the nzige and has killed many of them even when outnumbered. In and out of battle, he has an inexhaustible amount of energy that seems to amp up people around him. And with his childlike humor he was able to lift the spirits of the fellow Gears. Though Cole has a darker side, every night Cole writes a letter to his dead mother saying all the things he could not tell her in life, a custom practiced kwa many Gears.

Cole is a mama's boy. And proud of it.

But his comedy becomes much zaidi "forced" in gears of war 3. Where he is trying to hide his sadness behind it. Imagine seeing your nyumbani town destoried kwa the Lambent.

Seeing the Trashball Field destoried, must of hit poor Cole like being punched in the face kwa a ukuta of bricks.



#5: JAMES DOMINIC (JD) FENIX:



I really upendo this guy.

The son of Marcus and Anya.. With Anya dead, James and Marcus aren't excatly friends.

But wewe really can see both sides of the arguement. It's hard to explain. Your have to play the game.

JD is very loyal and protective towards his Marafiki and family. Despite their differences, JD cared for Marcus deeply and raced to find his father when Marcus was captured kwa a Snatcher.

As well as leaving the COG with Del simply because he trusted Del's judgement about the COG and wanting to cover Del's back. And constantly comforting Kait during their mission to find her kidnapped mother.



#6: DOMINIC SANTIAGO:

"It's easy to be brave when things are going okay, but the test of a man is how he handles himself when he's in a tight spot."



As I alisema before, I only ever played 3 and 4.. Every infomation from 1 and 2 is taken from Youtube au GEARS OF WAR WIKIPEDIA.

But from what I understood when first playing. Dom is suppose to be a key character. Espically cause my friend and I were doing co-op. And he started freaking out when Dom died.

But at least it was friggin epic. And on juu of everything, an instrumental of Gary Jules version of Mad World plays in the background.



#7: ANYA STRODE:

"Tomorrow Marcus, we finally have a tomorrow"



Anya is a pretty unique character. She's beautiful, yet badass.

The daughter of a general. Anya showed great enthusiasm in fighting and enjoyed herself immensely. She became part of what she had always heard over the radio and admitted if she'd known it felt like it did, she would have gone frontline earlier and wished her mother had been there to see her.

Anya shall be forever missed.. Her cause of death remains a mystery.



#8: JACE STRATTON:
I don't know much about Jace. But I know he's a badass. And seems still pretty young, due to his voice actor in the 3rd.



#9: VICTOR HOFFMAN:
Hoffman is a by-the-book soldier known to lead his men into combat.

Hoffman has an unusual way of inaonyesha care for his Gears kwa structuring his kindness into orders, a practice dubbed "Hoffmanese".

After Marcus's desertion, Hoffman took his recklessness personally and helped give him a 40-year sentence, and abandoned him in the prison but would later make amends. Anya believes that if Dom hadn't gotten Fenix out, Hoffman eventually would have. Its shown that Hoffman in fact didn't abandon Marcus out of dislike, but out of an unwillingness to risk lives as the prison was under siege and Marcus couldn't be found safely. When Dom went to rescue him, Hoffman didn't stop him and subtly told him to take zaidi armor and a gun for Marcus and prevented anyone else from intervening.



#10: Queen MYRRAH:



Everyone loves to hate Myrrah. No tears were dropped when Marcus stabs her in in the chest and leaves her to bleed to death.

But there is a certain level of entertainment her voice actor brings us. And I can't help but like her from a villains side..
