Okay, inayopendelewa couples. I'm sorry if the descriptions for Mulan and Pocahontas aren't that good, I need to watch their movies. But I'm eager to do this!
Let's get started with my LEAST inayopendelewa couple.
10. Snow White and the Prince
There just isn't much there. He shows up at her ngome and like climbs over the ukuta to serenade her and BOOM. They're in love. I know it's a upendo at first sight type of thing, but I just don't like it. He shows up at the end to kiss her and they live happily ever after. He's only in the movie twice, he doesn't do anything. Not much to say. Moving on.
9. cinderella and Prince Charming
This guy does absolutely NOTHING for Cinderella. He sees her at the ball and is like "oh, she's pretty". They share a romantic dance, which is a beautiful scene. But they never talk. They just fall in upendo right on the dance floor. I guess I'm not a "love at first sight" kinda girl. Charming just sends his people out to find her, and then they get married. He didn't do anything. They don't have enough screen time together. There isn't a lot to judge their relationship off of. In the sequels, theres still barely any interaction. Boring.
8. Pocahontas and John Smith
To be honest, I haven't watched Pocahontas in years and they're just kind of here kwa default. I don't have the movie and I really need to get it and watch it. But from what I remember about that movie, I didn't really like them together. Sorry for such a poor description :( I'll do an updated orodha once I watch Pocahontas.
7. Mulan and Shang
From what I remember, they like hated each other the whole movie? And then in the sequel they're suddenly in love..? I'm not too sure where that came from but they're not a great couple in my opinion. I do need to watch Mulan again, I haven't seen that one in a while either.
6. Phillip and Aurora
Although Aurora has only 18 total dakika of screen time and these two don't really get to know each other, they're a great couple. Betrothed since they were children, they meet once again in the woods not even knowing each other's identities! The dance scene in the woods is one of my inayopendelewa DP scenes ever. I upendo their song. Phillip actually fights a freaking dragon for his Princess! That's upendo right there, haha. But really, I like them a lot. Despite Phillip thinking she's a peasant girl at the beginning, he still falls in upendo with her and doesn't care.
5. Tiana and Naveen
To be honest, I don't really like Naveen's character that much. He's a conceited, self-centered, jerk. But Tiana does manage to onyesha him things and learn zaidi about him, and he does change for the better. I just think they're relationship is cute. They have the best friend thing going on where they can just hangout and laugh together. When they first meet, Tiana kind of represents everything Naveen hates in people, and same with Tiana about him. But they actually get to know each other and learn things from each other, and ultimately fall in upendo :') Aw. Super cute.
4. Ariel and Eric
They're probably the prettiest couple that Disney has ever made. They're both HOT characters, together they look like freaking gods! But besides how beautiful they are physically, they're relationship is really beautiful too. Even though Ariel can't talk to him, he still gets to know her through her mannerisms and it doesn't really matter to him that she can't speak. In the scene where he's playing her song on his little flute (I have no idea what it's called), and Grimbsy comes out and tells him that he has a beautiful girl right in front of his eyes, is one of my inayopendelewa scenes. It's when Eric realizes that he has the perfect girl right in his ngome and that this mystery girl doesn't matter anymore. That Ariel is the one, despite her not being able to speak. Until Ursula ruins everything, of course. But I just think it's beautiful that he falls in upendo with her without even hearing her voice au talking to her.
3. jimmy, hunitumia and Aladdin
Aw, they're so cute. I upendo how Aladin totally tries to impress her when they meet in the market place, kwa uigizaji "cool" and "slick" and saving her. I do not appreciate how Aladin continuously lies to her though for a little bit. But I upendo their relationship zaidi than the last 7, so I couldn't put them any lower. It was hard between them and Ariel and Eric though. But I decided I like jimmy, hunitumia and Aladin a little more. I upendo how jimmy, hunitumia falls in upendo with a poor boy, inaonyesha that she doesn't care if she marries some rich Prince like her father is trying to make her do. They actually spend time together and fight for each other!
2. Belle and Beast
I upendo their relationship. How Belle has to "tame" the Beast, and teaches him how to be gentle and kind. Seeing their relationship grow throughout the movie is an amazing process. They fall zaidi and zaidi in upendo with each other everyday. Learning from each other, getting to know each other, playing together. Belle has a pure moyo of gold, falling in upendo with him purely based on personality, unlike some other princesses who went strictly off of looks. Beauty and the Beast is probably my inayopendelewa story, and it was super hard to decide which couple I liked better between them and my #1.
1. Rapunzel and Flynn
If wewe haven't noticed kwa my juu 4 couples, I like couples that actually spend time together! I upendo Rapunzel and Flynn because they kind of start out just like using each other...but they actually get to know each other unlike Snow White and the Prince au cinderella and Prince Charming. They spend the whole movie together, going on this big adventure, sharing their dreams. I also upendo their relationship because they have a best friend feel to it, like they could make fun of each other and laugh all day. They build their trust for each other up. They support each other. It's beautiful to watch! They're really cute together. The lantern scene is really beautiful where they just look at each other and wewe can see it in their eyes, that they're realizing their feelings for each other. Ahh..I just upendo them :) The picture I used for them is one of my inayopendelewa scenes, where they're learning about each other and sharing an intimate moment :)
