Hi everyone!

In this article, I’m going to compare two sinema from the Disney Revival, one revolving around a Lost princess with magical golden hair, and the other revolving around two sisters, one of whom is a Queen with ice powers.

Part A.    Which is the "better" movie?

Tangled has a zaidi cohesive plot and seems to me to have deeper characters that interact superbly with each other. Emotions and thoughts were successfully conveyed with an abundance of facial expressions. The hair uhuishaji was astounding, but the skin and eyes could sometimes seem plastic-like au lifeless. The songs… sigh. Although I’m not sure any one of them could be called showstopping – unless “Mother Knows Best” had instead been sung in a higher key – I found them either beautiful, catchy, au at least humorous ("I’ve Got a Dream").
Frozen has a plot that's rather muddled, and since lots of things are happening at a very fast pace, there's less time to get to understand the characters. Interactions between them also seemed to me zaidi unrealistic than in Tangled (ex: the time Anna and Elsa spent together before the coronation. They acted like seeing each other was nothing out of the ordinary.) Hair uhuishaji was obviously not as good as Tangled’s, but the characters’ skin and eyes look zaidi lifelike. (Also, the ice visuals, especially for Elsa’s ngome – fantastic.) The muziki is a mixed batch. “Let it Go” is definitely a catchy showstopper that gets your blood running, and I thought “Do wewe Want To Build a Snowman” (for the first few times of hearing it) and “Love is an Open Door” were cute, but other than that the songs were rather forgettable.

I think that objectively Tangled is the better movie because its plot flows zaidi smoothly, its characters seemed better developed, the muziki and score was better OVERALL, and the uhuishaji was top-notch in terms of expressions, movement and poses.

Personally, I watched Tangled about ten times in my first week of watching it, while I was only able to sit through Frozen once, so for me, Tangled is the better movie.
But as seen kwa Frozen’s wild popularity, many people have a different opinion.

Part B.    A Closer Look

Tangled, as Disney's 50th animated feature, encourages people to go live their dreams and confront their fears. Rapunzel would never have found her real parents nor ever known what she was missing out in the world if she had not trusted Eugene to be her guide to see the lanterns. Tangled also emphasizes that real upendo is personally valuing somebody and putting his au her welfare before yours. It wasn’t real upendo when Gothel brought Rapunzel the white seashell paint after a three-day-long trip. That was just to keep her occupied and inside the tower. Gothel doesn’t care how much pain Rapunzel goes through, as long as she doesn’t die and her hair doesn’t lose its power; she constantly puts Rapunzel down, stabs the only person Rapunzel finds she can trust, and plans to chain Rapunzel like an animal in a place where nobody will ever find her again. She calls up to Rapunzel “I’m not getting any younger down here” before Rapunzel lets down her hair and hoists her into the tower. Staying young is all she thinks about. Eugene, on the other hand, doesn't want Rapunzel to go through zaidi pain than he guesses she's already experienced. When Rapunzel promises Mother Gothel that she will comply if she is allowed to heal Eugene, he knows he has to do something to keep her from living a miserable life since she will never go back on her promise, and so he chooses to cut Rapunzel's hair before she has the chance to heal him. Rapunzel is the same way – after everything they’ve been through, she can't have Eugene's death au suffering on her conscience. She's willing to sacrifice any chances she has of escape from Gothel for somebody who made her feel like a person.
Tangled also emphasizes that wewe don’t have to act like somebody else to be accepted au loved au to find your dream - most of us like Eugene much better than Flynn Rider - and that people aren't always what they seem.

Frozen, like Tangled, expresses that upendo is valuing somebody else over yourself, “melting” for somebody else. Anna and Rapunzel are similar in that for the first part of their movies, they are oblivious to what upendo really is, albeit Rapunzel a bit zaidi so since she only knew her parents as a baby for like a day. On Anna's first siku out of the castle, she’s looking mbele most to the chance to meet someone – and falls head over heels for Hans. Since she's frankly been starved of attention and upendo (and likely proper guidance) for years, she's very quick to trust somebody who seems perfect for her. Frozen whirls around and makes Hans the villain. Whereas Tangled conveys through Eugene and the thugs that people are often better than they are judged to be, Frozen conveys the exact opposite. There's way zaidi cynicality in this film than in Tangled. Later, Disney extended "true love" to family love, and I liked that, but I don't like how they made a point of invalidating Anna's first upendo interest and later making us think Kristoff’s going to make some helpful contribution to the story but actually giving him no weight in how the story plays out in the end. Still, in the motion of upendo in which Anna dies to save Elsa, we get to see how loyal Anna is and how much she valued the time spent with her sister and sole friend before she was locked away. Anna and Rapunzel are again similar (actually, and also Eugene) in that they both are willing to make a huge sacrifice for the sole somebody they realize accepted them for what they were and made them feel special.

Frozen also stresses that a balance must be struck between worrying about others and worrying about oneself, and that people must take definitive action to solve their problems. Elsa was initially too worried that she might accidentally hurt au kill somebody with her ice powers, and consequently suffered as a result of being isolated in her room for most of her childhood. And then it flipped to the other extreme in “Let it Go,” where she's unleashing all her pent-up emotions with no regard for the kingdom she’s left behind, because “the cold never bothered me anyway” and "the past is in the past". Elsa's very turbulent (ultimately because of those rock trolls that couldn’t be bothered to teach her zaidi about her ice powers instead of handing her over to her parents to be shut up for the rest of her childhood). She later thaws Arendelle, but only after Anna saves her life, inaonyesha Elsa that she was loved and that she shouldn't have squandered the valuable chance to express care and upendo towards Anna and her people kwa isolating herself.

All in all, I think that Tangled was the zaidi enjoyable and zaidi cheerful film, while Frozen had many great moments but was zaidi convoluted and negative at times.

Sorry for the length and I hope wewe liked the article!
 I can't believe I wrote this article!

(Credit to Diazdiaz95 for the idea.) Ok, so I'm going to be listing my inayopendelewa character from each Disney Princess movie. I will only be including main characters and main antagonists. (Maybe minor antagonists if they serve enough purpose.) anyways, like always, keep in mind this is my opinion, so please respect it. Thanks everyone! Now enjoy the article! :)

I will be separating this makala into two parts, because I have to finish the countdown results, so I'll have part two up tomorrow after the countdown results, probably.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

Snow White is just one of those...

So, I'm going to be ranking about how I feel the uhuishaji is in the Disney Princess movies, I'll be ranking them worst to best, but I will be SEPERATING the computer animated films from the hand drawn ones. I'm going to start with the computer animated ones first because there's less of them and the real countdown is the hand-drawn ones.

Anyways, as I usually say, this is my opinion, so please respect it and I'll respect yours, because it's likely that we'll disagree.

Enjoy the article! :)

So let's start it off:

The Films That Are Computer Animated

I upendo the uhuishaji in this movie,...

 The Disney Princess Villains Lineup.
The Disney Princess Villains Lineup.
So this was originally a juu 10 list, and I still have villains 10-7 sitting around in my drafts, but they're not going to be picked up for an article, maybe they will some other time. Honestly, I don't actually like THAT MANY of the Disney Princess villains, there's only 7 that I actually like, and only about 5 that I love. So I'm only going to do my juu 5!
Anyways, because I still wanted everyone to know my placements anyway, I'm going to onyesha wewe 12-6.
12. Mordu
11. Hans
10. Governor Ratcliffe
9. Gaston
8. Shan-Yu
7. Evil Queen
6. Jafar
Anyways, please keep in mind that this is MY opinion, and that...

It's been over a mwaka since I last wrote this makala so here's an updated orodha with Anna and Elsa included

12. Jasmine

Like I did in my awali makala I decided to seperate jimmy, hunitumia and Mulan because even though Lea Salonga did both their imba voices they're different enough to seperate. Anyway I've never been a shabiki of Jasmine's imba voice, it's too poppy, babu for my taste

11. Belle

Another voice I've never been a big shabiki of although I'm starting to like her voice a little more, but it's still not a very pretty imba voice to me and the voice is too old for Belle

10. Ariel

kk, so almost all the redesigns are blehhh, but I felt like talking about them, so yeh. btw, I didn't include Merida bc she wasn't redesigned when everyone else was originally redesigned, and no Anna au Elsa for obvi reasons.

10. Rapunzel

Okay, so I upendo Rapunzel's beauty in her film, and that's one of the main reasons I am so harsh on her redesign.. It's freaking terrible like.. x__x Her eyes are all trippy, not to mention her face shape. NO ONE'S MOUTH IS THAT LONG, LET ALONE RAPUNZEL. As for the outfit, it definitely is waaay too sparklified, like most of the redesigns.

Today, I will bring wewe my DP list, arranged from my least inayopendelewa princesses to my most inayopendelewa princesses. But I will do this in a descriptive fashion. I will give wewe a sort of stream-of-consciousness uandishi of DP thoughts.

Ready? Here we go.

The Least Proactive Princesses: These two princesses are both whiny. One has very bad self-control issues tied with her cryokinetic powers ( the child abuse that she suffered as a kid did not help her), while the other was simply lied to, until she came of age. Both respond kwa throwing tantrums in the face of their problems.

13. Elsa “My parents...

If anyone's been here for zaidi than a few months, they know that, one, my orodha is an ever changing mess, and two, if I'm not uandishi this makala every two months, something is wrong. Well, it's been nearly four au so months since I last wrote this orodha and somehow my orodha has remained relatively stable. Despite it staying nearly the same, these have always been my inayopendelewa makala to write, so I just thought I'd write it again. So here I go!

13. Belle

It's tough. I can see the appeal of Belle, I really can, and at times I wonder why she's last on my list, but she just..is. I don't know, she's...

Bonjour!
As some of wewe may know, Beauty and the Beast is one of my favourite Disney movies; because of the songs, characters, animation, morals and of course the story. However there is a German version (and I'm not sure when it was written, so I'm not sure if it was the original story) that is a little bit darker than the movie we all know and perhaps love...
So I thought it would be interesting to onyesha it to wewe guys and see what wewe think of it. Let me know if wewe enjoyed it - au found it horrible.
Please note these are not my own words. And sorry it's kinda long

hujambo guys, wewe may au may not remember me (people who don’t maybe new people au people who never noticed me in the first place). But it’s me, princecatcher93. I am so sorry that I left fanpop, I left for many different reasons, one being my family changed internet plans so I have 4G a mwezi all to myself (may sound like a lot but when wewe use other things it can go kwa quickly), sekunde of all my health really went down, which lead to many different things. I discovered I had desperation early last mwaka and I used fanpop as my support group to get out my feels, I loved running a lot of things...

Hmm, have I written an makala on this? It seems vaguely familiar, but I looked through like five pages of my makala and didn't see it, so I'm gonna write it anyway, hizzaaa! Remember this is purely opinion based, so don't be mad if it strays from your own orodha :3 I hope wewe enjoy! //edit; I decided to change it up and instead of ranking the princesses, talk about what makes them all a good role model and not talk about the bad parts (because positivity yayayyy).

Snow White

Snow's a trooper, plain and simple. She's fourteen years old, the youngest of all the princesses, and yet despite that...

I am currently working on a bigger makala where all the songs are ranked. But here are my vipendwa from each movie. And some runner ups :) (I will include runner ups where the 2nd place could have a chance at beating the 1st place) So let's begin! Warning: You'll be hearing a lot of "love" here. Bonus warning: English isn't my first language. :)

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

I'm Wishing/One Song

Oh, how I upendo this song. I upendo the opening, lyrics, voices, melody, romance and the ahahahahah. I'm not laughing, I'm just trying to sing like Snow in my head. But my inayopendelewa part is when the prince...

The Princess and The Frog:

This is my 6th inayopendelewa DP Movie and I really upendo this movie, the uhuishaji is breathtaking, the songs are ujumla, jumla good, the score is okay, the characters are good and the story is great. My inayopendelewa character in The Princess and The...

Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs - One Song
This song is very romantic, I think I would die if a guy sung this to me. If only there was someone out there who loved me... the same way Prince loves Snow White *tear* Not to mention Prince has the voice of an Angel who has fallen from the sky.

Cinderella - A Dream is a Wish Your moyo Makes
This is a very soothing and relaxing song. But what makes me upendo it is that it makes me hope for a better tomorrow, just like the lyrics suggest. It makes me feel all tingly and happy inside!

Sleeping Beauty - Once Upon a Dream
Another very romantic song...

An enormous thanks to the biggest and best Elsa shabiki I know, link from tumblr, who did most of the work when I asked her for ideas on who Elsa would like best (I used much of her own words, so most credit to her, but paraphrased as much as I dared). She has a better understanding of Elsa's character than anyone I've known. Thanks to everyone else who gave me their ideas as well!

Elsa's juu and bottom princesses were relatively easy to guess without help, but I had a lot of difficulty with the middle ones, because parts of Elsa's personality we don't get to see, just the obvious things like valuing...
