Since Beauty and the Beast is my inayopendelewa Disney film, I wanted to write about a few of my inayopendelewa scenes.
#8:Shes Being Difficult!
I upendo this scene because suddenly this monsterous Beast is being childish. Also this is the first banter wewe see between the Beast and Belle, wewe also get to see how desperatly the ngome staff is trying to get him to be polite and get the girl to fall in upendo with him.
#7: The Library:
When the Beast presents Belle the maktaba and shares his desperate attempts to win her moyo to cogsworth and lumiere wewe just want to go "Awwww" the look on his face after he sees how happy he amde her kwa giving her that gift was almost as if he was aliyopewa a gift, this is probably the part where wewe notice that his selfishness has almost dissappeared.
#6:Beast Learns To Read
I have always thought this scene was sweet, its in the "Human Again" sequence which originally wasnt in the movie. This scene is easily forgotten but I find it absolutly amazing how well wewe can see the change in the beast. He's relaxed and completly captivated with the story Belle was kusoma him, and its comical when he cannot read the word "two" and Belle has to help him, but what really makes this scene stand out to me is something that most people might miss...in the end right before the moyo is drawn on the window Belle lets out a content/happy sigh and beams a proud smile at the Beast who is still attempting to read.
#5:Belle is introduced
"Little Town...Its A Quiet Village" Gosh the opening song is just so catchy and it gives wewe everything wewe need to know about one of our main characters just like with the Beast and the stained glass windows. I think the decision to make Belle almost completly unaware of everything happening around her really added to her character, she didnt think she was better then everyone else...she just felt like she didnt fit in. Belle never looked like she belonged in that little village and the villagers realized that, even Belle did. She was different from all the other Disney princesses who were introduced, she truly was a complete outcast.
#4:Be Our Guest
This song is a great number. Also its nice to see all the Enchanted items running around the Beast castle. Lumiere is also such a great and funny character who really livens up the movie with his witty remarks and constant banter with Cogsworth, who is also true to his character in this scene, nervouse and paniky of what the "master" will think. wewe also get to see Mrs.Pott's hospitality and generally the idea that even though they are cursed they can still be lively and happy.
#3:Something There
This song is probably my inayopendelewa from the movie, it really shows a change in both the Beast and Belle. Belle is realizing that she is in upendo with this creature who she had misjudged before...yet she didnt misjudge...she just changed him over time...shes confused kwa the fact of how generous he is being. The Beast also is beginning to wonder if Belle's starting to fall for him, he can see the differences in their relationship but cant place if what she feels is upendo au friendship. The ngome staff is definatly starting to see their romance blossom. Oh and the snowball fight is so cute and playful.
#2:The Spell Is Broken
The sheer happiness of everyone in this scene is absolutly amazing. The kiss I must say is probably the best Disney kiss ever written just because after seeing them go through so much, that kiss just meant so much. The Beast joy at being human again and seeing Belle through human eyes and swinging her around in absolute joy. The ngome staffs faces and their exclamations as they realize that finally the spell is broken and they are free again.
#1:The Ballroom Scene
"Tale as old as time..." Ahhh this scene is beautiful! The colors and the dance and the uhuishaji is just one thing. Personally what really sticks out to me in this scene is the moment where Belle and the Beast are looking each other in the eyes, both utterly happy and Belle gently lays her head on his chest and the Beast's face lights up and he beams over at cogsworth and lumiere...its where wewe realize "Wow...he has changed" I always cry at this scene.
