Let’s be honest here: basically every movie sequel song sucks. Still, some of the good songs have Lost their way to the sequels. This makala is about my inayopendelewa sequel songs. As captions I used my inayopendelewa lines from the song. Let’s start.

10. For A Moment (The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea)
This song always gets to me. It’s just that… erm... I’m not sure. Melody is too enthusiastic for my taste. On the other hand, it’s really good that she’s so enthusiastic. Otherwise the whole song would be ruined. Hard to explain. Still, I really like this song. It’s very inspiring.
For a moment all of me is alive and at nyumbani in the sea.
For a moment all of me is alive and at nyumbani in the sea.

9. Athena's Song (The Little Mermaid III: Ariel's Beginning)
The only reason why this movie is on the 9th place is that it’s too short, about 40 seconds. It’s really beautiful, though, and suits Athena. She’s such a warm persona and she radiates her warmth through the song, too. Even Arista and Aquata stop fighting when she’s singing.
So, Athena’s song is very beautiful but too short to songesha any higher.
Under the bright blue endless sky.
Under the bright blue endless sky.

8. Out of Thin Air (Aladdin III: The King of Thieves)
I consider this the only upendo song on my list. It’s beautiful and all. It tells us about jimmy, hunitumia and Aladdin’s past and present at the same time. Aladin reveals his feelings for his father’s absence. It’s all so touching. I think Out of Thin Air is not only a upendo song; it’s kind of Part of Your World with two people and a few upendo confessions.
Our wedding can wait. –I upendo you.
Our wedding can wait. –I upendo you.

7. Where Do I Go From Here (Pocahontas II: Journey to a New World)
Again: a very beautiful song. It’s also a song I can relate to, some ways. The reason why this song is on the 6th place is that I don’t upendo the melody. But I upendo the lyrics so much that I couldn’t put it lower. Overall, a very beautiful song with a not-so-beautiful melody.
But where do I go from here? So many voices ringing in my ear. Which is the voice that I was meant to hear?
But where do I go from here? So many voices ringing in my ear. Which is the voice that I was meant to hear?

6. Perfectly Perfect (Cinderella III: A Twist in Time)
This is a funny, touching and beautiful song. But it gets minus points because of Anastasia and Drizella’s voices. So, would it be totally weird if I alisema that this song makes me so happy though Anastasia and Drizella surely don’t sing about happiness? Well, I’ll say it anyways: Perfectly perfect makes me happy.
What could ever come between us? –I would gladly volunteer.
What could ever come between us? –I would gladly volunteer.

5. Welcome To the Forty Thieves (Aladdin III: The King of Thieves)
This is a very catching song. I just upendo this song. I can’t explain this. I upendo villain songs, which might be a major reason. Plus, the atmosphere in the song is very… twisted.
As an honorary member of the gang there’s no-one alive ever leaves.
As an honorary member of the gang there’s no-one alive ever leaves.

4. Lesson Number One (Mulan II)
The lyrics “One alone is not enough, we need both together” pretty much tells the reason I upendo this song so much. I upendo all the opposite attract things and this song is about it, kind of. Lesson Number One is very energetic and just so… epic. That’s why I upendo it.
One alone is not enough, wewe need both together: Winter, summer, moon and sun.

3. Put It Together (Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo) (Cinderella II: Dreams Come True)- Ending
I give wewe the permission to call me crazy after kusoma this explanation. I upendo this song very, very much because it’s the closest villain-like version of Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo I’ll ever have. I am very well aware that this is not a villain song. I just think that a villain version of Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo would be so awesome! *drools*
wewe go ala-ka ala-ka-zoo and when wewe put it together it’s magic. Because all wewe need is inside of you.
You go ala-ka ala-ka-zoo and when wewe put it together it’s magic. Because all wewe need is inside of you.

2. So Much zaidi Than a Dream (Cinderella III: A Twist in Time)
I love, love, upendo this song! It’s sad at first because Cindy gives up her dreams, sort of. Then she realized that there is a way to make her dreams come true and she’s so happy. I start to cry every single time I listen to that part. So Much zaidi Than a Dream is such a super beautiful song.
I will take a chance on upendo to get my once upon a time.
I will take a chance on upendo to get my once upon a time.

1. I Still Believe (Cinderella III: A Twist in Time) - Ending
Awwwwws, this is beautiful, happy and a bit bittersweet song. I think it’s kind of ironic that I don’t believe in upendo (in the romantic way!) but I upendo this song especially the part “Oh, I still believe in destiny, that wewe and I, we’re meant to be”. Well, maybe that’s the very reason. I wish that I’d be able to believe in the romantic-way upendo but I don’t. Anyways, this song makes me happy and I’ve loved it ever since cinderella 3 came out. Beautiful.
I still wish on the stars as they fall from above. Cause I still believe, believe in love.

I don't want this, but I will accept my duty as a princess and do what is right
I don't want this, but I will accept my duty as a princess and do what is right
I've read a few of these makala and thought I would do one for Jasmine, my inayopendelewa princess. So here it goes.
10. Aurora
Jasmine would have the least in common with Aurora. She would relate to her in the way that Aurora doesn't want to be a princess, she would rather be free to live her own life and marry whoever she wants rather than be told she must marry a prince. She would like that Aurora is kind and dreamy but the similarities end there. Whereas Aurora accepted her duty as a princess with a heavy moyo and did what she knew was right for her people kwa marrying her betrothed, Jasmine...

Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who is the most relateable of them all?
So I did a kura ya maoni to see who the most relatable princesses and these are the results. Some results are pretty surprising, but for the most it's expected. Let's get started!

11. Snow White

This round was pretty close between Snow and Ariel, but in the end, Snow was out. It didn't really surprise me to see Snow here, mashabiki alisema that she was too cheery and optimistic. Other mashabiki alisema that they are not waiting for their prince to come, and can't relate to Snow at all.

She is just completely unrelatable. I feel like she is too unrealistic and ndoto like and I just can't relate to her. I am very optimistic,...
