In BATB, the "evil" townspeople try to get the Beast and attack the castle. - Laverne, Victor, and Hugo help Quasi fight the guards. And the Beast's households try to fight the townspeople, too. - But there is difference too when Beast, at first, doesn't care to fight the townspeople at all while Quasi fights them by throwing fiery liquid.
