First of all, she's immature. Second, they wouldn't get along at all.

She would only like Mulan for the shallow reasons other people do (she knows how to use weapons, became a warrior, etc.). she would not care for her meek, intelligent personality at all.

Or Jasmine. She'd like her feistiness but not connect with her feminine personality and probably think she's a hypocrite for acting so tough but always needing to be rescued.

I think Rapunzel would make the top 3. Merida wouldnt like her girliness but love her sense of adventure and bravery and how she manipulates Flynn.

I don't think she would like Mulan because Mulan is kind of a follower, she listen to her elder and doesn't break the rules unless if it will save someone else and not herself.
I think the top 2 should be Rapunzel and Ariel (In any order) because like Merida all three are immature, brave and love adventure. Only thing Merida would dislike about them is that they fell for the men.

Erff. Pocahontas would be her favorite!

Only thing they have in common is being able to shoot arrows and sword fighting, I don't think Mulan would like Merida either.

She'd find her boring.
