I think John Smith and Shang are rather similar but she would be impressed with Phillip as well.

I think despite his prejudices she would admire John Smith for his bravery and how he's willing to change his views. She seems easily impressed by strong men with good leadership skills and I think after Shang Philip fits the bill best. She wouldn't mind him for leaving his kingdom for a peasant girl, I don't think- Mulan herself isn't exactly all that concerned with responsibility.

Flynn, John and hate to say this again but Eric.
Flynn is good with words and is tactful when he wants to me( I mean he doesn’t have that awkwardness that Derek from Swan Princess is known for).
John for reasons Audrey stated.
Eric because Eric is incredibly picky( wants a special girl) and he will make Mulan feel appreciated and treasure which she needs above everything.

I think Mulan would be most attracted to John but if she saw Tangled and TLM, she would really like male leads.

Naveen is the one she is the least COMPATIBLE with.
