Not to insult Hufflepuff (Since I am one) But she is not very brave, nor ambitious and cunning, nor exceptionally smart either. More of a doormat. Which, some Hufflepuffs can act like.

She's very kind and helpful to everyone, even to people who don't deserve it. She's very hard-working without much ambition (that differenciates between a puff and a slyth).

Emmalou13, I have to disagree with you. I think Cinderella is very intelligent and she's NOT a doormat. I still believe she's a Hufflepuff though, she's kind, accepting, patient, practical and hard-working.

While Cinderella is very loyal, she is also quite sneaky. She is the type of person who lays in wait until she sees an opportunity. I also don't think that she actually enjoys hard work, she just does what has to be done.

Emma, what is your beef with Cinderella? Not liking her is fine but your 'reasons' for hating her so much directly contradict everything we see of her in the movie, hinting you're disliking her without even actually watching it. everything you accuse her of being I can easily find evidence of your own favorite Rapunzel having as well. And as much as I dislike Rapunzel at times, I don't see the need to bash her every time, especially without trying to judge her fairly first.

Anyway. Like RhythmicMagic said in her article, Cinderella has the foresight many of the others lack in seeing how much better her situation would be staying at her abusive home than running away and finding herself in a worse or equally bad situation. she's very wise, waits patiently for the right opportunities, is dreamy, etc.
