Honestly I used to go to bed at such ridiculous times like 4am ALLLL the time and then I'd wake up at like 3pm (unless I had to be somewhere, which is even worse) and feel like I've wasted my whole day and just felt like crap quite frankly. Lately I've been going to bed at better times (9-12) and I feel so much better.
