I doubt it. Rapunzel was arguably one in my opinion, except that she had a pretty awesome weapon with her hair instead of a pretty bow or a wicker basket.

The would want a princess to be strong... sort of resembling today's woman. Back then, women were sort of like damsels, so they made princesses resemble those.

I completely agree with everyone above me. It would be a huge step backward as far as their portrayal of women, at least as far as the women's groups are concerned.
