Disney Swali
The Great panya, kipanya Detective
I couldn't call myself a Disney shabiki without watching this movie, since a lot of Disney mashabiki enjoyed it. I just finished watching it.
Enjoyable! Very, enjoyable!
Basil is now up there with my inayopendelewa characters, he is quite a facinating personality. I enjoyed the character designs, and the uhuishaji was amazing.
The score is satisfactory, and the songs are nothing special, but they get the job done.
The story kept me interested and I laughed.
Growing up watching cartoons with voices kwa greats like Mel blanc and Rob Paulson, I always take notice of the voice acting. I thought all the characters had good voice overs behind him. I liked that Ratigan wasn't aliyopewa a deep and sinister voice that would match his large frame, but rather a zaidi normal pitch. It was zaidi humorous and believable.
About Ratigan. I liked him as a villian and I think he's under appricited. He's probably one of the most evil in my opinion, a totall asshole if wewe ask me.
I was touched kwa the panya, kipanya trap and Basil being beat up kwa Ratigan scenes.
So summery is I liked it, and I don't know why it took me nearly 18 years to watch it.
INTERESTING TRIVIA!
* An innovative application of computer technology can be seen in the climactic scene where Basil faces Ratigan in a final confrontation inside the turning and thrashing gearworks of Big Ben. The 54 moving gears, winches, ratchets, beams, and pulleys were literally drawn kwa the computer, and created a unique background for the characters, which had been animated in the usual way
*Was the 26 movie in the Disney canon, coming out right after The Black Cauldron. It was well recieved (ANYTHING would be well recieved after the Black Cauldron)

MY swali TO YOU:
Have wewe seen it and have wewe enjoyed it? What struck wewe as the best?
