In 2018, the classic Disney film Mary Poppins got a sequel called Mary Poppins Returns. I have such strong feelings on this film that I felt like sharing how I felt in a full review.

The Plot

The Banks family, a widowed dad and his three kids, are dealing with the loss of the mom of the house being gone and their house at risk of being taken away. Thankfully, Mary Poppins arrives and teaches the family how to deal with their family loss in a respectable and meaningful away. She, along with a lamplighter, helps the family with their mission of saving their house from the greedy Mr. Wilkins.

The plot of the film has been referred to do as the type of plot that has been too many times. However, this film handles what could be considered a predictable plot, in the best way possible. This film is brimming with so much genuine moyo and cheerfulness that the film's strong emotional impact makes the plot work. It's very easy to get affected kwa the drama and the lighthearted nature of the film. It handles on how to deal with the loss of a loved one in a respectful, helpful, and optimistic way.

The Cast

The cast knocks it out of the park. Emily Blunt is my inayopendelewa actress and was the main reason that I was excited for this film. She gives an awesome performance as the title character. She plays Mary Poppins as an incredibly likeable and heroic character. However, Ms. Poppins is a master at wit and enjoys trolling the Banks family. Emily Blunt makes Mary Poppins' character traits charming and fun. The film is a wonderful experience in every scene that she's in. I can't think of a single person in the entertainment industry who was a better choice for Mary Poppins than Emily Blunt.

A cast member that I didn't know was going to be in the film was David Warner. David Warner is one of the greatest actors of all time, so having him be in this film was a charming treat. He has a minimal role, but I'm so glad that he got to be a part of this incredible film.

Colin Firth does a really good job at playing a villain who falls into the "love to hate" category. Dick van Dyke has a fun cameo.

The Characters

This film does an excellent job at making the characters likeable. The film's best character is Mary Poppins. She has all the heart, charm, and coolness that a great protagonist should have. She's an eloquent mentor as well as a pro at never missing a chance to give someone a witty comeback au troll someone in a playful way. She may be sneaky, but not in an unlikeable way. It's very nice to have a main character who isn't 100% perfect and pure of heart, but still remains a wonderful person and role model.

Michael Banks and his kids are likeable characters who, like Mary Poppins, are far from perfect, but are good people. I really like the film's villain, Mr. Wilkins. His plan and dilogue are cartoonsily over the top, but in a entertaining, fun way.

The Visuals

This film is an amazing visual experience. The scenes that onyesha off how great the visuals are are the scenes where Mary, Jack, and the kids go into an animated world and Mary performs a dance sequence. The costumes in Mary and Jack's dance scene abosutely incredible. The scant few scenes that are animated are an eye catching, great experience. It has far better uhuishaji than any other theatrical animated film of 2018. I may sound like an olf fashioned snob for adoring traditonal uhuishaji and not being nearly as fond of CGI animation, but the uhuishaji of this film is a treat.

The Songs

The songs are a delightfully charming and fun experience to listen to. Emily Blunt is an expert at imba well, so she helps give so much passion and entertainment to the songs. In one scene, Mary Poppins sings a song to the three kids that's truly touching and had me close to tears. Every single song is impressive in its own way.

ujumla, jumla

Mary Poppins Returns is my inayopendelewa film of 2018. It has the most moyo and was the best experience that I had watching a film from that year. It shows off the brightest and optimistic side of the world in a magical, entertaining, one a kind experience, and because of that, this is a must watch film. I award the film 10 out of 10 and since it isn't nominated for the Oscar Best Picture Award I give it my personal Award of Best Film of 2018.

To say it upfront: It is my opinion that the package sinema Disney did during the war time are barely sinema at all. But a lot of the segments are, if wewe have a look at them isolated, well worth a watch. And Disney knew that too. When I was a child I never saw the “Wind in the Willows” segment as part of the “The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad” movie. Instead I saw it separated with a nice introduction kwa Walt Disney himself (the downside of this version was that some scenes were cut from it). It wasn’t until way later that I learned how this segment came to be. It also was my...

Jafar
Jafar and Hades-As Hades goes through his usual job of bringing fresh souls in, Pain and Panic tell him that one of the souls is not cooperating. The soul approaches Hades, introduces himself as Jafar and all but demands to be sent back. Hades is at first unconcerned, but they find a common ground: Jafar tried to overtake Agrabah, Hades is trying to overtake Mount Olympus and they both have been defeated kwa "upstart boys", but each villain thinks his nemesis is superior. They make a bet that they can defeat each other's respective hero. So Hades gives Jafar a new snake staff, which makes him...

3. The hunchback of notre dame.
The reason I upendo this movie so much is because it is so dark and different. I upendo the heroine Esmeralda she is my sekunde inayopendelewa Disney woman and think she is kwa far the prettiest Disney woman kwa far. A lot of people think that Phobos is just okay but I really enjoyed him. I thought Frollo was the most evil, horrible Disney villain there is and I enjoyed the heck out out of...

I walked around The Disney Academy with my best friend, Alice, holding one of many maps, open. This map showed the entire layout of the campus.
“Now, if that’s the Art Tavern,” I alisema looking over at the building and then back at the map, “That must be the Girl’s Freshman Dorm Building. Right?... Alice?” I looked around to make sure she was still walking with me. I found her nose buried into a book.
“Alice!” I alisema grabbing, and shutting the book from her hands. She looked up in alarm.
“Hey! I was just getting to a good part!” Alice snapped at me. Trying to grab the book...

I saw the sequel to this ages zamani and I thought it was ok. I never saw the original version which starred Joaquin Phoenix as the voice of Kenai. It was on Disney Cinemagic last night and I decided to watch it . The movie tells the story of a hunter who kills a kubeba in revenge for his brother Sycat who was killed kwa a bear. For punishment he gets transformed into a kubeba kwa the spirits. As he is turned into a kubeba he meets a young kubeba named Koda who’s mother abandoned him(little does he realise that it was Kenai who killed his mother)and the two become friends. Songs kwa the brilliant Phil Collins who previously did the muziki for Tarzan back in 1999 for Walt Disney, and nice colourful uhuishaji Brother kubeba is a cute movie with a great tagline, A boy who became a bear.

Thumbs up!!!!!!!!!
