This happens to me ALL THE TIME, but yeah, until you're 18 wewe can't do anything. Just admire from afar :)

And nothing wrong with being Marafiki with him...:P and I used to do the casual flirting thing with teachers I had crushes on, but just be careful wewe don't really lead them on, because it would be very very wrong of them to make a songesha and they can get in trouble.

But yeah usually when this happens to me I just try to enjoy the heart-wrenching unrequited love-ness of it, and fantasize from afar.

Its unfortunate to say, but with the way things are these days wewe could get him (or her) in serious trouble.
If you're close to his age, if he's not married, if he's friendly and wewe can somehow keep in touch then maybe - MAYBE - wewe can become Marafiki once your course has ended. Then who knows.
But be careful - that's number one in a situation like that.

ok it matters what grade your in and how old he/she is so if wewe close to 18 and its close to wewe birthday.... it might b OK if wewe like do exra favors for him/her and when wewe turn 18 go for him/her.

My Marafiki at school, Kate and Jade, have a crush on our drama teacher, Mr Bridges (Or, his code-name, Sam. B) Seriously, they stalk him at breaks. They printed off his picha off Facebook and stuck them on the inside of the lockers and outlined them with multi-coloured moyo stickers. AND they've got his signature in there too. If wewe open the door, wewe get a kuoga of Sam. B picha and JLS pictures.

Read Notes on a Scandal kwa Zoe Heller, it's a hilarious book but it will also snap wewe out of doing anything too serious. Things like this always start with a little flirting and once in awhile get out of control. Teachers aren't stupid, they know when students like them. I'm a TA so I know what I'm talking about, trust me.
