Someone plz help me upendo is starting to get to me!

So I like this guy and we sit near each other is 1,2, and 8 perisod. I really want to talk to him ,but i'm just so shy! And to make it worse my friend liked him and asked him out and just alisema plain out no and the boy was telling everyone she liked him so this makes me worried to tell him.
I really like this guy ,but i don't want to hurt my Marafiki feelings and I don't want anyone else to know I like him.
Plz help me!

On the sekunde point I can tell that I fell exactly the same way like you... I don't like my feelings to revealed in public... And on this kind of situation I would probably decide how much I like this guy... If I really, really like him I would just close my eyes and let it go, it doesn't matter that he told everybody about my feelings... Butif I'm not that sure in my feelings I wouldn't do it...
