Well, I'm pretty sure wewe just press the green button on the right that says "Become a fan." Then you'll be notified in the place that says "my updates" of things that happen in the club, such as maswali and majibu being posted, picha and video being added, and a lot more. wewe may get a lot of notifications depending on how active the club is.
