My opinion is:
_Skipper-Earth: Represents the stiffness, strength and animosity.Provide the resources necessary for the functions of life.
_Kowalski-Air: Is associated with emotions and thoughts. Experiments, inventions, artistic and musical creations, have been inspired kwa this element. (Sooo Kowalski)
_Rico-Fire: Represents the strength and courage. Has an outgoing temperament, dynamic. He has great enthusiasm and will. Self-confidence and good humor. It is usually very independent.
_Private-Water: Associated with the qualities of emotion, imagination, intuition and sentimentality.Literature and the stories (...or maybe the Lunacorns) are related with this element.

Skipper: moto because it can be dangerous if someone treated it incorrectly. However, it is extremely vital. Hydrogen because it's the boss of all the other elements. (Come on, we all know it's true.)
Rico: Volcano/Magma/Lava [Does that even count as an element?] because it's spontaneous and unpredictable. It is so very explosive and can put someone on moto in a snap. However, it is necessary for the earth. Sodium because it's super duper explosive.
Private: Air because it's light and dainty. Air can be incredibly calm, but in an instant can become a hurricane. Oxygen because it's smooth and calm. It can be combined with almost any other element.
Kowalski: Water because it's smooth and rough at the same time. It contains much life, yet hides it at times. Water is some-what mysterious, confusing, and complex. Nickel because it is very uncommon to find on earth(sorry, that's the best explanation I can come up with now. -w- )
