Is anybody out there?
I know that I am not the only one
Can anybody see me?
au am I invisible as well

No one sees me,
No one hears me,
No one helps me,
I’m invisible

Will someone ever find me?
au has the world forgotten?
Pushed, Stabbed, Stepped on
I will endure

No one sees me,
No one hears me,
No one helps me,
I’m invisible

No, I will keep going on
I know that there is
That special someone out there
Someone who sees me

Come find me fast!
Come hold me tight!
I don’t know how much longer I can hold
Come find me
I know you’re there
One night I dreamed I was wlking along the beach, pwani with the Lord. Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky. In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there where two sets of footprints, other times there were only one set of footprints. This was bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow au defeat, I could see only one set of footprints. So I alisema to the Lord, "You promised me Lord, that if I followed you, wewe would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life ther had only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed wewe most, wewe have not been there for me?" The Lord replied, "The times when wewe have seen only one set of footprints in the sand, is when I carried you.

I had a dream, which was not all a dream.
The bright sun was extinguished, and the stars
Did wander darkling in the eternal space,
Rayless, and pathless, and the icy earth
Swung blind and blackening in the moonless air;
Morn came and went -and came, and brought no day,
And men forgot their passions in the dread
Of this their desolation; and all hearts
Were chilled into a selfish prayer for light;
And they did live kwa watchfires -and the thrones,
The palaces of crowned kings -the huts,
The habitations of all things which dwell,
Were burnt for beacons; cities were consumed,
And men were gathered round their...

His lifeless eyes look into the distant landscape of some new life.
Life that slipped away from his hands,
Joy that faded inside his weighted soul.

And I look at him with grief
Wondering why was his life so painful despite of my prayers.

Oh, I'm afraid to ask who is he talking to in this cruel loneliness
When only wind whispers a melody of sorrow...

His time has gone long ago,
But his eyes of blue ocean look toward a distant view of the unknown life...

Life he Lost in so many defeats
Scourged kwa the waves of restlessness.

Within his eyes of blue ocean I see these scars
That will remain forever in my soul

In deadness

I will sink

Alone

With a picture of a martyr

Who lived his life as if it wasn't his,

A martyr with eyes of deep blue ocean

In which I sank...

The tiger phoned the zebra
and invited him to dine.
He alisema "If wewe could jiunge me
that would simply be divine."
The pundamilia, punda milia alisema "I thank you,
but respectfully decline.
I heard wewe ate the antelope;
he was a friend of mine."

On hearing this the tiger cried
"I must admit it's true!
I also ate the buffalo,
the llama and the gnu.
And yes I ate the warthog,
the paa and kangaroo,
but I could never eat a creature
beautiful as you.

"You see I have a secret
I'm embarrassed to confide:
I look on wewe with envy
and a modicum of pride.
Of all the creatures ever known,"
the tiger gently sighed,
"It seems we are the only two...

Stuck
Alone in my prison
Tongue bitten to hold
my screams
Smile worn to conceal
my fear
Free me from
this deep abyss
Save me from
this Lunar Eclipse
Take my pale
shaking hand
Collapse my
bindings to this
petrifying land
Frantic
the walls are closing in
moyo beating slowly
so slowly
Pull me from this
cave of sorrows
Please I want to
see tomorrow
Take my pale
shaking hand
Collapse my
bindings to this
petrifying land
I can
pull at my hair
I can
claw at the ground
I can
yank on my chains
I can
cringe at the sound
of the crying souls
I don't wanna jiunge them
I need your help
Will wewe take my pale shaking hand
and collapse my
bindings to this
petrifying land

In science we learned about the Higgs boson,
In social studies, economics;
Math taught me trigonometry
But to me they all make zaidi sense
Than do you

The mass of all your electrons
Does not add up to your essence –
Your smile in the summer,
Your eyes in the night,
The freckle below the corner of your left eye

And I heard once that maybe there were a billion Big Bangs
And only we survived –
I think it’s because the universe
Couldn’t kubeba to part with you

For as my fingers intertwine eternally with yours
And the cells of our bodies make love
I kiss that freckle and taste your matter –
The taste of infinity and rain –
And see that I don’t have to understand your composition
To upendo wewe as I do

your mood is like a thunderstorm,
it causes pain, but it seems so warm,
the destruction wewe cause fills your life with flaws,
it doesn't seem right for wewe to loose this fight,
wewe deserve much zaidi after the fragile moyo i tore,
the tornado is coming, preceded kwa the humming,
the humming of sorrow,
as wewe fear to face tomorrow,
your life is filled with dread,
and on the inside wewe are dead,
wewe have held the anger inside,
the tornados coming we need to hide,
your rage breaks out from under,
like the rubble of the thunder,
it carries on through the night,
this lightning keeps flashing so bright,
through the flash i see wewe are crying,
the sekunde flash shows the dying,
has the world around us colasped,
au is this just a relap,
but now the storm has come to a stop,
perserverance came out on top,
wewe stayed alive despite the pain,
but i fear the loss out-weighted the gain.

A peaceful world would be nothing like the world I see in front of me
There would be no worry about what’s going to happen to me
By doing things as a community we make things available to the
Community. Graffiti washes, car washes, etc.
That’s what I could do as part of the community.

As an individual in this world I see in front of me
There I stand and see chaos right in front of me I stop it, it’s like the whole world froze
And it’s nothing but me stopping what I see right in front of me
I close my eyes
The vision I see is nothing like what is in front of me
There are people laughing, having...

I feel lost,
I feel so different,
I know everyone around me,
but I don't seem to know any of the faces I see,
I don't know if it's just my hallucinations au my daydreaming,
I just don't know and yet kind of don't care,
I'm different from everyone and they judge me,
I know I'm weird, strange, and crazy,
But that's one of the great things about me,
I'm different and I'll deal with that my own self,
I'm not a typical maarufu girl,
but I'm not a backstabber either,
I'm a special different than they say,
I'm my own self and I upendo to be different,
Make fun of me cause know I don't care
I'm different and I upendo that because I don't
wanna be the same, I don't want to go with the flow,
I'm not like that. It's okay to different and I am.

ALONE

From childhood's saa I have not been
As others were; I have not seen
As others saw; I could not bring
My passions from a common spring.
From the same chanzo I have not taken
My sorrow; I could not awaken
My moyo to joy at the same tone;
And all I loved, I loved alone.
Then- in my childhood, in the dawn
Of a most stormy life- was drawn
From every depth of good and ill
The mystery which binds me still:
From the torrent, au the fountain,
From the red cliff of the mountain,
From the sun that round me rolled
In its autumn tint of gold,
From the lightning in the sky
As it passed me flying by,
From the thunder and the storm,
And the wingu that took the form
(When the rest of Heaven was blue)
Of a demon in my view.

fingernail moon
up in the sky
come out and see me
see me sometimes
'cause i'm here alone
stuck in the blue
no distance between us
between me and you
i've got nothing to hide
i've got nothing to lose
you'll be kwa my side
c'mon tell me the truth

elegant moon
you cut like a knife
it does me no favours
to stay out of my sight
suspended like glass
all ancient and new
all of space lies between us
between me and you
there's no need to be shy
there's no need to be scared
i need wewe tonight
come on out if wewe dare

i'm just a girl with my feet on the ground
i'm just a girl with my...

wewe never know what wewe have until wewe lose it, and once wewe lose it, wewe can never get it back.

My moyo was taken kwa you... broken kwa you... and now it is in pieces because of you.

Love is like falling down... in the end you're left hurt, scarred, and with a memory of it forever.

You're the one who broke my heart, you're the reason my world fell apart, you're the one who made me cry, yet I'm still in upendo with wewe and I don't know why.

A million words would not bring wewe back, I know because I've tried, neither would a million tears, I know I've cried.

Wanting him is hard to forget, loving him...

The Grave alisema to the Rose,
"What of the dews of dawn,
Love's flower, what end is theirs ?"
"And what of spirits flown,
The souls whereon doth close
The tomb's mouth unawares ?"
The Rose alisema to the Grave.

The Rose said, "In the shade
From the dawn's tears is made
A perfume faint and strange,
Amber and honey sweet."
"And all the spirits fleet
Do suffer a sky-change,
zaidi strangely than the dew,
To God's own angels new,"
The Grave alisema to the Rose.
