For sure a night person. I have tried MANY times to get onto a normal sleeping schedule au what I view as normal in waking up at 9. But no matter how many times I set my alarm in the morning and how tired I am at night such as tonight (1:20am now) I find myself still up and very much mentally active. I did read that somewhere though where right brain thinkers au the creative types tend to prefer night shifts zaidi and I find that true at least in my case. Always been a right brain thinker and loved getting art sets as gifts growing up and building bila mpangilio things with Legos as a kid. I have to admit though, that though I prefer staying up late at night,I hate the feeling of waking up past 12 since it feels the siku is gone. So I often end up forcing myself to wake up around 10 inthe morning as a zaidi respectable time but lose sleep after a few days of this and just get so groggy kwa the weekends. Truly it is a vicious cycle.
