Help with the real care baby newest version

So I got the real care baby today for a school project and it cried right when I got nyumbani which was like 3:30 and it needed to be fed so I fed it then it just stopped needing care and its been asleep since then and its 6pm right now so idk if its supposed to sleep that long au if I like put it in a coma au something.
