hujambo Guys just here to tell wewe that it's not your fault and wewe can do something about it, I know that it can be hard to speak out and that sometimes there is a large pool of hurt but there is people that wewe can turn to for help.

There is a common misconception that there is nothing that wewe can do... wewe can and don't let anything tell wewe otherwise.

I know what it is like and I know how bad it feels, please, please, please no matter what he/she has done to wewe talk to someone that wewe know well and can trust, becasue if wewe just leave it to bottle up on the insde, because it is not worth the pain and the moyo ache that follows.

try to talk to your counciler if wewe have one because they can help wewe throuth it too.
