I studied art for many years. This is very good, but a little cartoonish. Try to avoid the heavy lines on the outside, add zaidi shading to smooth it and make it zaidi real. When wewe do hair, do it in layers, make each stroke count. Use a putty eraser to add highlights. There are a lot of tutorial video on Youtube to walk wewe through on how to make even zaidi real photos. It really does look good though!! Keep drawing and you'll only get better :) Ps. Ill add one of my picha to kinda onyesha what I mean about the lines...
