I wrote this a while ago, and since it seems to be nothing but a series of advice, I figured... what the hell? I think I was listening to LeAnne Womack's "I Hope wewe Dance" at the time because that's what it sounds like.
When wewe look up at the sky, don't do it just to see if it's raining
When wewe find it is raining, don't run indoors and hide
When wewe get your hopes too high, don't say you're overrated
When wewe walk down kwa a river, don't be afraid to get your feet wet
When your moto goes out, don't blame it on the wind
When wewe watch the sunset, don't think the siku is over
When wewe reach out to help, don't be deterred when you're turned away
When wewe feel that nothing's right, don't be afraid to make it OK
When wewe upendo someone, don't ask them to upendo wewe back
When wewe sing, don't forget to sing it loud
When wewe smile, don't forget to be proud
When wewe dance, ignore your two left feet
When wewe close your eyes, don't forget what wewe see
When wewe hate your job, don't hate your life
When wewe give advice, don't expect them to take it
When wewe get advice, don't be afraid to take it
When wewe play a game, don't do it just to win
When wewe patronize a child, don't forget how young wewe are
When wewe disrespect your grandparents, don't forget how old wewe are
When wewe hear a robin's song, don't take it for granted
When wewe lose someone, don't mourn them-- remember them
When wewe see a bright star, don't be too skeptical to make a wish
And mostly
When wewe say "I upendo you," mean it
When wewe make a mistake, learn from it
When wewe find home, stay there.
