My Grandmother lived in France, and purchased this ring around the turn of the century. I was told that it is a Rare Platinum Ring with one Diamond and Five Sapphires on the Crown of the Zodiac Woman. It is a one of a kind piece. It can be worn kwa a man and au a woman.
