Fear is a limiting thought yet we give it permission to control who we are.


Fear keeps wewe from being your true self.

It takes away your power

It takes away your confidence

It takes away your independence

It takes away your individuality

It takes away your freedom

It takes away your love

It takes away your happiness

It takes away your control

So if wewe fear people coming into your life wewe are always going to be alone

When wewe fear something au someone, then wewe allow it au them to control who wewe are

If wewe fear upendo and wewe see others who have it, wewe hate what they have and therefore have an opinion/assumption about who they are and try and hurt them kwa demeaning their character, and everything that wewe see au hear about them because wewe think it makes wewe feel better, when all you’re doing is demeaning the person wewe really are, because it’s easy to hurt someone else than it is to hurt you

Unfortunately it’s sad if we have fear because we pass it on to our children, this is not to blame because wewe can’t teach what wewe don’t know, but as Maya Angelou alisema “when we know better we do better.”
