As wewe can notice I'm a huge Bangel shipper, I can say I just upendo them to death!
They are everything I admire and look for in a relationship. I upendo watching romance, true, passionate upendo and heartbreaking moments.
That is all I can think, of when it comes to Buffy & Angel.
Having a true upendo is such a rarity, not everyone have that luck to find that very own sekunde half of an apple (this is how we say here;)). Buffy and Angel had, not for long, but what they experienced with each other can not be compared with anything else.
How special it has to be, if the man who walks the earth over 240 years, truly fall in upendo with a sixteen mwaka old girl at age 241 ?.
And this is the first time for him. How this girl's upendo for him has to be strong and incomparable with anything else if she say:
"I would have aliyopewa up everything I had to(...) I loved him zaidi than I will ever upendo anything in this life"
True upendo happens only once in a lifetime, what Buffy and Angel had can not be replaced. They gave all they had to each other. They were one soul living in two bodies.
What was one of the reasons their upendo was so strong is the fact Buffy accepted Angel's demon side, she wasn't afraid of it, au feel disgust about it she still trusted him fully,
and wasn't acceptance one of the most important qualities in a relationship ?
Remember that wonderful scene in 'Whats My Line Part 1' ? Buffy's kissing Angel when he's face turned into 'vampire face' ?. He feels awkward about that, he doesn't want her to seem him like that,
but she simply says " I even didn't notice" and kisses him with all her love. That is what Angel experienced never again. That understanding & full acceptance.
Everything about them is so epic and so beautiful. The way they met, the way they fought for each other. Their first kiss &
every time they alisema 'I upendo you'. No one could stand between them. They always had eyes only for each other. When I watch their moments, it seems like world doesn't exist for them.
They are in the Bronze full of people but the only thing Angel is interested in is her, and each night Buffy spends in the Bronze surrounded kwa her Marafiki something is missing, she's hoping to find him in the crowd.
I'm not going to discuss one kwa one all the incredible moments they shared, because we all watched them, probably not once, but after this extremely heartbreaking & emotional
season 2 I will never ever believe any of them was able to fully songesha on and truly fall for someone again. There will always be Buffy & Angel. And no matter how hard anyone would try it can not be changed. This is what wewe call a bond, true love.

My Spuffy opinion:

A lot of mashabiki all over the years asking the same old question: was Buffy in upendo with Spike ?

I have to say I couldn't stand them until finale 'Chosen' episode.
Season six became my least inayopendelewa because of all those perverse sex scenes, which were gross to me and completely unbearable to watch.
I can understand Spike in all of that: sarcastic, cruel vampire, but Buffy ? That was so not her. She just couldn't be herself. All caused kwa the hard moments she went through.
Torn out from heaven back again to this cruel and absolute reality. She used Spike as her boy toy/sex machine just to forget all the pain for a while. There was NOTHING between them but sex.
Spike was obsessed about Buffy, all those photographs he put on a ukuta in his crypt, blond mannequin and finally BuffyBot.
All those things were nothing but some kind of unhealthy sexual obsession, there was nothing beautiful about that. Whats the worst, there was attempted rape, it was hard to watch she had to beg him to leave her alone, he couldn't understand 'no' word.That is the moment I hate the most about them.
Do wewe still see the upendo ? I don't.
It's little bit different though when Spike gets his soul back, well he's still sarcastic and I don't see that much difference, but finally he's able to deeper thoughts.
Coming back to the main question: I think Buffy was never truly in upendo with Spike, she was zaidi "what to do about it". Yes, she told him those words right before his death, but I think this is why she alisema this.
He became her friend, someone close to her, when everybody had doubts about her, even the closest friends. Spike was still kwa her side and believed in her. He was helping her for a long time, and look after Dawn when she was...dead.
She felt, that she owes him something and this is just what he wished so bad to hear, but even Spike himself knew that wasn't true, he realized that, while he saw that full of passion Bangel kiss. He knew that no matter what there will always be Angel, and he can't beat that au change that.
I don't like Spuffy but I think I have to be fair with Spike and mention his deep speech about 'Buffy being the one, and the only thing he was sure of'. And then the night they spent together in each others arms. That was pretty.
The inayofuata siku Spike confess that was the most beautiful night in his entire life. Did Buffy alisema it back ? Of course no. We all know why and we all know what and with whom were her most beautiful moments.

My Briley opinion:

The thing about Buffy and Riley was never that much annoying to me. He was something, Angel talked about she should have.
But the thing is he couldn't give her full happiness. Their relationship was nice. He loved her, but from a time perspective I don't think he loved her the way he was talking about. Buffy felt good and salama with him, but she didn't upendo him back.
“Buffy’s like nobody else in the world. When I’m with her it’s like…it’s like I’m mgawanyiko, baidisha in two.
Half of me is just…on fire, going crazy if I’m not touching her.
The other half…is so still and peaceful…just perfectly content. Just knows -- this is the one.

And here's the point. Buffy never opened in front of him, there was always some kind of a barrier
between them. She gave away herself and her moyo to one man once, and couldn't do it never again in that real and special way.
Bangel connection was that strong no one could kuvuka, msalaba it. Riley knew whats wrong so he left. Buffy didn't seem to be that much worried about it.
She would do nothing if not this Xander's speech. But it was not meant for them. She didn't get on time.
But wait, didn't he claim Buffy's the one ? In season six he onyesha ups, with...his wife, and it looks like Riley found his true perfect girl, it seems after all Buffy wasn't that much 'the one' if he found another upendo of his life and so quickly.
What I dislike about Briley is also the fact, he had problems with accepting her destiny and enormous strength. The fact his girl is stronger than him was something he couldn't bear. And wasn't it all about acceptance as well ?
One of the hardest moments in Buffy's life was a Lost of her mother, Joyce. Where was Riley then? It was Angel who she called for.
She wanted him to stay forever. They kissed. The way only they could kiss. The only thing I can see here is Bangel's eternal love.

Summary:

When Buffy killed Angel she broke down into tears, she left Sunnydale for few months, because she couldn't stand the place that reminded her about everything. She wanted to be alone, grieving.
In 'Chosen' when Angel alisema he want to fight kwa her side, she didn't agree she said, she cant risk his life, but she could risk Spike's ? Just sayin'
At first I thought she did this because she couldn't reject Spike, who was kwa her side for a long time, while Angel was in L.A. And probably that was one of the reasons, but the other is, Angel's death would be something she could not handle. Not again. When Spike died, she shed a tear au two, but at the end she smiles and seems to be peaceful and in some way fulfilled. Of course Spuffy mashabiki would say, we will never know there was just no time to actually onyesha how his death would affect her, but to be honest Joss knew was he was doing.
This is just the sign they could never really happen.

Episode 'I Will Remember You' was beyond beautiful. I can't stand the fact Buffy couldn't remember those unbelievably beautiful moments, so dear, so precious and significant for both of them. Seeing Angel in tears broke my heart, listening to Buffy's speech, and repeating her over and over again " I will never forget"... This is something they both dreamed of, watching their happiness made me so happy with them.
Watching Angel being so excited about such a simple things, seeing him as a human, when I heard his moyo is beating it really moved me. I realized how his eyes looked sad before. Buffy's pain was so real, so hard. This episode just tells me everything. Their upendo was something hard to imagine, only they know.
After all, they both tried to songesha on, tried different relationships, because thats what life is. But did they ever again give away their hearts to someone else ?
Did they ever stopped loving each other ?
I can tell, they didn't...

What breaks my moyo the most in 'Chosen' is the scene, when Buffy asks: "What was the highlight of our relationship ? When I
killed wewe au when wewe left ?" Angel looks down and I'm convinced he's remembering the events of "I Will Remember You"
It always hurts me that he can't correct her...

James Marsters: He doesn't like Spuffy and feels that it’s perfectly clear in the finale that Buffy IS STILL IN upendo WITH ANGEL.
