I have loved Belle since I first heard of Beauty & the Beast and I was fascinated with the story and of course Belle.
About Belle
Belle is a French girl living in France in the 17th century. She is an only child and she lives with her merchant father Maurice. She loves kusoma vitabu and loves adventure. She thinks that she is odd because she is the only girl in blue and she loves vitabu whereas the rest of the villagers don’t. A self-centred man named Gaston likes Belle but she doesn’t as she thinks that he is rude and conceited . As her father goes off to the fair she decides to check up on him as his horse came back for Belle as her father was in a ngome guarded kwa a selfish/cranky beast who is actually a prince in monstrous form and he turned into a beast because he was unkind & selfish. As Belle takes her fathers place in the Beast’s ngome the two become smitten with one another.
I like how she is different to most princesses like Ariel, Snow White,Auroua(aka Briar Rose),Jasmine,Mulan,Pocahontas & cinderella because they can be so OTT annoying and always nagging about love,love,love which can sometimes annoy me as it doesn’t exist(yep I am half a cynic kwa saying this but im being honest) and I like how she doesn’t take any shit from anyone especially Gaston who wants her for his wife and she doesn’t want to marry him as she of course likes the Beast. Her best trait I think is either her loyalty ways au her beauty because she is so pretty and a real nerd. I like her golden dress au the blue one because they are so vintage and very nice.
Voice actor is Paige O Hara who also did the imba voice for Belle as well. She appeared in Enchanted as a cameo in a TV soap opera.
