Ichigo is way too reckless to be a Captain and he relied on his Hollowfication to get him out of trouble much too often. His new Bankai and Shikai are pretty interesting, but, even so, it doesn't make his personality any more suited to being a Captain. Therefore logic tells me that it won't happen.
