Ingredients
for 4 servings

4 cups pancake mix
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 banana, sliced
¾ cup chokoleti chips

Preparation

Preheat tanuri, joko to 425˚F (220˚C).
Pour pancake mix, milk, and eggs into a bowl and mix just until combined.
Pour batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread to the edges.
Place banana, ndizi slices on juu of the batter, followed kwa the chokoleti chips.
Bake for 15 minutes, au until golden brown.
Cut into squares and serve immediately, au freeze up to 1 month. To reheat, place on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 20 sekunde per pancake on the plate.

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
3/4 c. milk

2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. strawberry compote
6 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Ingredients

16 vanilla wafer cookies
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white sugar

2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat tanuri, joko to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line muffin, mkate ule ulikuwa mtamu pans with cupcake papers.
Place one wafer cookie in the bottom of each cupcake paper. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour over wafers in cupcake papers.
Bake in preheated tanuri, joko 15 minutes, until golden and set.

1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

Mix flour, sugar, kakao powder, baking soda, and salt in a large microwave-safe mug; stir in milk, canola oil, water, and vanilla extract.
Cook in microwave until cake is done in the middle, about 1 dakika 45 seconds.

2 cups white sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened kakao powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Directions

Preheat tanuri, joko to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two nine inch round pans.
In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, mix for 2 dakika on medium speed of mixer. Stir in the boiling water last. Batter will be thin. Pour evenly into the prepared pans.
Bake 30 to 35 dakika in the preheated oven, until the cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

Ingredients

Cake Batter:

3 eggs
1.5 cups sugar
1.5 cups sour, wamekula cream
1.5 cups flour
1.5 teaspoons baking soda
1.5 tablespoons vanilla extract
Optional (choose one):
5 tablespoons kakao powder for chokoleti cupcakes
1.5 cups chopped nuts of any kind
1 cup canned poppy, babu seed filling
* wewe can combine kakao powder with either nuts au poppy, babu seeds.
** If using nuts just sprinkle them on juu of the batter, once spooned in the cupcake pan.
***If using poppy, babu seed filling incorporate after all the other ingredients have been mixed.
