Does anybody know how I can contact Darren Shan anout an idea for a sequel?

I'm an amateur writer and live in the U.s. while he is in Europe with no money to Europe and I have a great idea of a sequel to Cirque Du Freak, but how can I contact him about it? Emailing him from his site didn't work.
