I have been a shabiki of the 1945 movie, "MILDRED PIERCE" for years. Ever since the age of twelve. But many years have passed since I felt the urge to watch it. When I learned about the hivi karibuni HBO version of the story, I decided to re-visit the past and watch the movie again.
