My first ever clois fic and this is an AU taking place after season 8's episode "Bride". I would REALLY like some feedback!! thanks!! :)<3
Chapter 1: The Lois Factor
She crawled into kitanda as tears rolled down her cheeks. She just lay there choking back sobs; feeling paralyzed as memories of that siku came rushing back to her with a whirlwind of heartbreak. Her cover had been blown, she could no longer pretend she didn’t have feelings for the dorky farm boy when all she wanted to do was run her hands through his thick dark hair and kiss him. Her hands gripped her blanket tight as she thought back on Lana’s timing. “Of course SHE walks in at the exact moment that would be best for her!” she huffed under her breath. Her sadness quickly turned to outrage as she remembered Lana ruining the perfect moment between her and Clark. The moment that could have changed their relationship forever. She never really liked Lana, and she sure as hell didn’t like how Clark turned to putty when he was around her. Something had to change, she wasn’t sure what but she knew she had to do something, anything, to get Clark back. “I’m not going to let myself get left behind again; I think it’s about time I fight for what I want!” she grinned. “After all Jimmy DID say that we would be great together and Ollie also alisema that Clark needed ME. So what if he doesn’t know it yet, he will once I do something about it!” she alisema proudly. Since there wasn’t much she could do at 2 am she figured it would be a good idea to get some rest, she needed to be well rested for tomorrow. So she shifted onto her side and let the night claim her as she drifted off to sleep.
The bright sun beamed through the open blinds and hit Lois directly. She didn't want to wake up, not yet. She shoved back the mto to her face and held it tight. Just as she was about to fall back asleep her phone started to buzz. She grudgingly threw the mto to the ground and picked up her phone. “Hello?” she winced.
“Rise and shine Lois” Clark beamed on the other line.
“Was this wakeup call necessary Smallville?” She replied with a sarcastic tone even though she secretly enjoyed waking up to the sound of his voice.
“I was just running over to pick up some coffee before work and figured Id call and ask what wewe wanted so that wewe don't have to steal mine again.” He alisema teasingly.
“That happened ONCE!” She alisema in a loud voice. Clark remained silent. “Ok! Maybe TWICE!” She replied softly.
“See wewe at work.” He cut the line abruptly while she could still hear his laugh.
“Can’t wait!” she alisema sarcastically.
She slipped into her inayopendelewa bunny slippers as she climbed out of bed. She knew today it had to start; she needed to do something different to get Clark to drool all over her instead of Lana. And she knew just what to do. The closet doors swung open as she searched for the perfect outfit. “It’s about time that Clark got a little zaidi familiar with what’s underneath all the clothes.” She laughed. After about an hour, half au her clothes were scattered across her bedroom floor. She walked out holding the perfect outfit, a sleek black pencil skirt, upindo that stopped right above the knees with a dark red blouse with a very seductively low-cut neckline. Once she put on the outfit she stepped in front of the mirror to admire her new, zaidi revealing, look. “I think this will do just fine, one look at me in this and Clark will be the putty in MY hands for once! All that’s left are the perfect shoes to complete the look.” She alisema with a smug smile. Moments later she walked back in front of the mirror with her black stilettos on. “Perfect!” Grabbing her mfuko wa fedha, mfuko and keys she headed out the door very eager to see Clark’s reaction to her outfit.

Clark was already at his dawati working on his inayofuata makala when Lois arrived. Just seeing him sitting there deep in thought made her insides melt. Was it those big muscles of his? au the way his eyebrows furrowed when he was concentrating? Maybe it was those puppy-dog eyes? “Yes,” she alisema softly “it’s definitely the puppy-dog eyes.” She slowly walked over to her desk, never taking her eyes off him. Something about him always made her so weak in the knees.
“Hey Smallville.” She alisema as she sat on the side of his desk, her legs hanging over beside his body.
“Lois!?” He asked, completely shocked seeing her dressed the way she was. “Uhm, what are wewe doing here?” He questioned shyly trying to keep his cool.
“I know wewe try and ignore the fact that I work with wewe but wewe have to face it someday!” she chuckled, knowing exactly what he really meant.
“Yeah thank you, I don’t mean here at the Planet, I mean here at my desk!” he alisema as he couldn’t help but stare at her overwhelming cleavage.
“You did remember to get my coffee didn’t you?”
“…Oh yeah uh of course uh…here.” He alisema awkwardly just waiting for a moment so he could regain control over his perverted mind.
“Once again Clark Kent saves the day!” she smiled, very happy to finally get her caffeine fix.
She got up off his dawati and walked towards her own. His eyes followed her butt the whole way until she sat down. Once she saw him staring he quickly turned his eyes back towards the computer screen. She smiled to herself knowing full well he was watching her walk away, and she liked it.

After many hours of endless work it was getting late and they were the only two left at the planet. Lois had been waiting for this moment where they’d be alone so that she could take advantage of it. She looked over at Clark who was in the other room using the photocopy machine. She quickly grabbed her mfuko wa fedha, mfuko and shuffled through it looking for her lipstick. Once she found it she put on a fresh kanzu, koti and hurried over to see him. He looked up from the machine as he heard the sound of her heels come closer.
“You leaving Lois?” He asked, sure that it was the only reason she was there, but secretly hoping it wasn’t.
“Why do wewe want me to?” she smiled and started walking closer towards him.
“Don’t wewe have a story wewe should be working on?” he let out an awkward laugh.
“Face it Clark, we both know what we want to do. We’re all alone in here and it’s been a long siku of work.” She alisema flirtatiously. She walked up to him and ran her fingers across his chest.
“What are wewe talking about Lois?” he asked knowing exactly what she was intending.
“Oh common Smallville, wewe know what I’m talking about.” She replied in a seductive tone. “Do wewe like my outfit?”
“Uh, yeah it’s nice Lois.” He told her, but he really thought it was much zaidi than just nice.
“Oh yeah? wewe don’t think it would look much better, say, on the floor?” She winked. Slowly taking off her blouse and throwing it across the room. Clark eyes widened at the sight of her stripping right in front of him. “Oh common Smallville, wewe don’t wanna jiunge me?” she alisema with a playful smile.
“Uh, wow Lois, I uh- I can’t I have to go.” He walked passed her heading to his desk. She ran out behind him.
“Clark what do wewe mean wewe have to go? Go where!?” she alisema confused.
“I- I have to go meet Lana.” He replied and picked up his stuff and walked away.
Lois watched as he left her there alone in her bra. She thought he wanted her! But instead he left her again for…her. A tear rolled down her cheek as she went and picked up her shirt. She was sure she had him; she was sure for once she would get him and not Lana. She leaned against her dawati still staring at where she’d last seen Clark walk away. “He doesn’t want me.” She whispered to herself. “Why aren’t I good enough?” she sobbed. And with that she packed up her things and headed home, not being able to stand the painful silence of where she’d been left, left for the one woman she despised, who is now with the man she loved.

And with that she packed up her things and headed home, not being able to stand the painful silence of where she’d been left, left for the one woman she despised, who is now with the man she loved.
