Also, she is just about the last legacy character who has not yet made an appearance.

Julie is not my favorite character BUT:
I like how they are making a game out of bringing back virtually every legacy character for at least a cameo. They’ve sorta thrown down that gauntlet at this point…and I’m invested in watching just to see how they achieve that goal if nothing else. Sure it’s 100 % pure fan service…but I’m into it.

I thought how they made Jessica & Amanda cousins was brilliant…without shrinking the Miyagi verse too much.

^Yeah I really liked Jessica and Amanda being cousins. I just wish they would do more with Mike, maybe they will in season 6 !

I don’t think you have to worry. Seems like Mike is gonna be elevated to a regular/semi-regular character from here on out. (They left that plot thread dangling with the stolen Rembrandt for a reason.) If he gets caught with it…would Daniel have to testify against Mike? Would Mike hold a grudge? Mike more than had his reasons for stealing it…BUT he committed a crime without batting an eye. (I mean I’m just sayin) Is Mike all that he appears? Is he really kind of a con-man? Is there still more than a little bad boy in that bad boy?

Honestly I feel like he deserves to have his character fleshed out as much as Chozen or even Johnny…when you really think about it. They’re all supporting nemesis characters from the OG KK franchise. I mean “why not Mike Barnes?” Besides, his chemistry with everyone is just too good not to have him be a regular.
