And about those lines they exchanged, Anna Fleiner said in twitter that it was never written, but I understood something like this:
JJ: "They believe Emily is fine" ("They" being the doctors)
Hotch: "I don't" (meaning that she can't be fine after all that happened and is about to happen)
But anyway, I can't wait!!
