It was ruined. It was completely and totally ruined. Katherine had realized that she blew all chances on a reunion with the Salvatore brother she really loved. What was she thinking, pretending to be Elena? Bonnie was annoying, but not stupid. Katherine was lucky to be still alive. And so was Bonnie. She had Damon to thank for that. Katherine hoped, with every fibre in her body, that he would take her down.
She had tried to pass Damon’s message to Elena, but it seemed to be a Lost cause.
“Elena, Damon needs to tell wewe something” she alisema looking Elena sharp in the eye. “He wanted to tell wewe himself, but he can’t. Bonnie won’t let him”
Elena’s eyes bulged. “What is it?” she asked all curious.
“He wants to tell wewe that he loves you” Katherine said. “And he’s going to bring wewe back”
“Back from where?” Elena smiled uncomprehending. “I’m right here”
How much self-restraint Katherine needed not to slap Elena, but she knew Stefan would never forgive her if Elena got hurt. And she needed Stefan to be not angry with her.
She drank a glass of whisky and broke the glass with her grip. She felt a stinging pain in her hand and watch the cut heal.
“You need to be zaidi careful” a familiar voice said.
Katherine froze. She recognized the voice, but didn’t dare to turn around in case she was imagining things. She wanted Stefan to be back so badly it wouldn’t surprise her if she was hallucinating.
“Are wewe just going to stand there?” the voice asked. “Don’t get me wrong, I like your back, it’s a nice back. But I think I prefer your face”
She gathered her courage and slowly turned around. Her moyo beat fast and painful. She wasn’t dreaming, he was really there.
“Hi, Katherine” Stefan said. “I’m back”
